I can't say enough about this iconic store in Sorrento, which offers quality leather products at affordable prices. I found this shop by luck on our first visit to Sorrento, almost 14 years ago when I purchased a number of leather belts. Although I use the belts quite heavily they still show almost no wear, compared to domestically purchased leather belts which crack within a year or two. I returned about 7 years later and purchased additional belts which are also wearing great. On our last visit in 2025, yes I purchased a couple more belts but also got a nicely designed leather backpack and my spouse fell in love with a beautiful yellow leather purse. In our travels thru Naples, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast, I have not found a better store for quality leather goods. Visiting from beautiful Newport coast US and this place left a bad taste in my mouth. Never seen more rude and condescending sales person in my life. The grey haired old sales lady who might be the owner of this place said such a rude, condescending and racist comment to me that I was so baffled by her rude behavior. She approached me with such condescending attitude as if her shop is a high end boutique like Hermes. Stay away if you think you deserve better than Allie Express knock offs quality goods. read more

One of the highlights of my recent trip to Italy was the day spent in Sorrento. Unfortunately, I cannot give this shop anything but a bad review. While the salesperson was helpful when it came to selling the product, it was not until I got back home almost two weeks after the visit that I found that the $200 purse I purchased was defective. I contacted my credit card company immediately who worked with the shop. My claim was turned down because I didn't attempt to return the purse. WHAT??? Not only do I live thousands of miles from Sorrento, but there is no contact information whatsoever on their receipt. It's now been a couple of months and I was finally able to find them on Yelp. This was not a shop that sold inexpensive souvenirs, but what looked to be a reputable dealer. I am very disappointed and hope others don't have the same problem that I did. read more
