I finally decided to complain and called the store where the customer service rep Rodney was in a total rush to hang up after telling me he would try to pass on the comment to floral. I called back and suggested that Rodney should have offered us some satisfaction and was told that I always had the option to drive back and return the flowers as is my option with any retailer.
