I looked up gift stores in the area and stumbled across this gem. When my girlfriend and I went there we were amazed by the amount of things in there. So much stuff to look at. There was everything in there like local crafts, dolls, Jim Shore figures, candles, and seasonal country gifts. This year I was back in Bridgeport and I had to make it a point to go back to Country Peddler. Everything was exactly how I remembered it. Awesome gifts, a great selection, and definately some of the friendliest people I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. I had a blast walking around buying all sorts of things. I got candles, a lamp, a watering can that looks like a ladybug, and a Jim Shore plant stake with a cardinal on it.
