I have no review of the professional staff. My review is about their website, and the lady that…read moreanswered the phone at the practice. Their website has a place under "appointments" where you can book an appointment, and someone is suppose to contact you to confirm. Don't use it, apparently the lady answering the phone didn't even know you could do that. I had not gotten any type of confirmation, so I call the practice to see if the website worked, or not. A lady answered the phone very informally. I explained I tried to book an appointment online, and was unsure if it worked. In a snippy reply she says " Online!?!?!?" and I explained that yes it was online on the website, then she said " I didn't even know you could do that". After that I went on to try to make an appointment, she asked what for, I explained, and then was told they were not accepting new patients for counseling. However I'm sure since they deal in Suboxone treatment, had I needed drug treatment, I would have gotten right in.
