Brent, the president of the company, is rude and condescending; and lacks the integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism that a proper business owner should have. Perhaps he should hire someone to actually deal with clients during events because he is not the right person to be doing so. As a result, I wouldn't re-hire this company even if they offered free services.

Business was recently sold to new owners and Brent, the president of the business was also our mechanical bull operator. *Lady on the phone was very kind and accommodating, prices and selection on website are great *Brent & bull show up on time and are set up on time, as agreed *Brent is not in a good mood, can be heard making fun of other clients on the phone, saying how some lady was an idiot regarding an earlier delivery *During our guests riding the bull, operator is heard swearing and making negative comments when some of the girls cannot easily mount the bull and seemed overall irritated to be there *Brent complained repeatedly when no one was riding the bull and began askin to leave early even though we had paid for a set amount of time. *Brent offered to take some group shots for us before leaving, tells us all to "shut the f*ck up and smile" (very professional!) *Heard multiple times asking if "she ever shuts the f*ck up?", referring to one of our guests *Slushie machine is set up, operator explains very simple instructions on how to use it *Slushie machine does not slush after (over) 1 hour operating in the shade, operator explains how to use it again *Slushie machine manages to slush once, minimally, and did not function properly for the rest of the day, including overnight (it even turned off by itself at one point) *Before leaving, we ask Brent to take a look at it, because we've done everything just as he said and it's not slushing. Brent remarks that is not his "fault if you're incompetent" *Brent refuses to take machine with him as requested since it does not work *Company is emailed and just our luck, our operator is the "president of the company" and responds to our email by telling us he found it amusing and that we offended him *We share our thoughts on the day, politely ask for refund for only the slushie machine, regardless of Brent's awful attitude and comments throughout the service; and expressed our satisfaction with the bull and pricing *Refund request is ignored/denied by Operator and President Brent; whose response was dismissive and patronizing TL;DR - President of the company, Brent was our operator and treated us like idiots. In fact, he even called us incompetent and swore at us multiple times. They have a huge selection and their prices are fair, but if you happen to get Brent, the President of the company as your operator - good luck. Also, I hope you never have to make a complaint about your service because Brent doesn't seem to value customers or their opinions at all. He's right, you're wrong and that's it.
