I asked specifically about the carpet, and they said since I had been there 7 years, they would be replacing the carpet and Adam told me not to worry about it and I would not be charged. Evidently, since I didn't destroy the carpet, they decided to keep it and get it cleaned instead and charged me $150.00. Make sure you get what they say in writing because they do not honor what they tell you verbally.

The apartments are 20 years old and not super modern and could use an upgrade, but are very liveable. The staff is excellent, but again, the rules for dogs, driving speeds in the parking lot, pool rules and several others are not being implemented consistently. They rarely fixed things, there was always dog poop in the back area so my kids couldn't play outside. They are built on concrete with cheap laminate flooring that is hard as stone and my kids would get hurt on the floor, even with a rug. They were drafty. These are just the tip of the iceberg with issues we had while living there. Additionally, they would not let us out early on the lease (2 months early because we bought a house), even after 7 years living there and never once being late on rent, now they are offering two months free. Believe me, you would be much better off somewhere else. There is a reason there are multiple units empty now. They even came EARLY to change the locks on the unit we were still renting (we had moved out but had a couple things still in the garage). We were still paying rent and utilities and they had changed the locks!!!!!
