Very displeased with the service. Cab pulled up early - only upside to the service by the looks of it. The driver did not make themselves known, nor make any attempt to help us with our luggage, apart from a few comments such as "Put the luggage in the back" when we put our bags on the seats of the van (we had no idea what to do, first time with this company), and "Every car has a boot" when we asked where she wanted us to put the luggage. Driver effort was overall minimal, seems like the job to the driver meant sitting around in the driver seat while people load and unload into your car giving you money, occasionally having to fiddle around with the rear view mirror computer to work out the fare. The drive to our destination wasn't great either - the van was smooth, however this driver had a temperamental brake foot which led to leaving almost no braking space and having a significantly shorter braking distance and quicker braking. I'm not sure whether the indicators were even used throughout the 1 mile we travelled. At our destination, we paid £6 (fairly cheap) and the process was back at square one - get bags out the vehicle ourselves, say "thank you" (pretty sure it was common courtesy at this point rather than a meaningful "thank you for being a great taxi service unlike those jackholes at Apple Cabs") and left.
Tl;dr: bad driver made us do everything we might aswell have driven this cab. read more
