I went to get my large winning ticket validated to take to Tampa. We'll after me questioning the…read morebig man he proceeded to yell at me and tell me just take that claim slip to Tampa. Well I got home at read the claim slip ( didn't have my glasses w me) it said the winning ticket was to come w claim ticket. Went back to get the ticket and man left for out of town. Other clerk wasn't Much help as well. So I asked if I could go through their garbage by their lottery machine and he brought it out which it was full! I DID FIND MY BIG TICKET IN THAT GARBAGE! SO much for him knowing how to claim. And the nerve of him yelling at me in front of two other men. I'm an older women and was treated as such! I did call the lottery commission of Tampa and they paid him a visit that same day. They also are supposed to have the customer be able to see the screen to make sure the pay out is correct. So he had to move it. I HAVE NOT GONE IN THAT STORE SINCE. AFTER BEING A 25 YR CUSTOMER!!! AND I CERTAINTY WOULD NOT BUY LOTTERY THERE OR CASH THEM THERE. GOOD LUCK!
