I took my mother there for a pedicure as a gift. I dropped her off, she was to message me when she…read morewas almost finished. My mother was the only person in the establishment other than the technician. Roughly a half hour passes, which is a fair amount of time for a typical pedicure. I picked up my mom, settled her bill and returned to my mother waiting in my car. I glanced over at her feet from the driver's seat where I was and I saw her right foot furthest from me it looked great. I complimented how nice her toenails looked. She agreed, not wanting to sound un-thankful. Then she hesitatingly said "But she bout scrubbed me raw on the top of my left foot." I looked over and literally halfway up the top of her foot were 4-5 open abrasions freshly scrubbed off showing the meat. Thankfully in the following day or two they scabbed over, given my mother is diabetic.
