I've used the place twice. Once to replace my iPhone X's battery. Took them about 2 hours to fix and no problems since. The second was to repair an iPad screen that my kids wrecked. It's fixed!! We go back but hopefully I won't break my stuff. read more

I got my tablet repaired here. When I get it back (This was months ago), it was fine. The next day, the tablet starts to what I think to break. I take the case off, and the whole backside is destroyed. The next day, you can't touch it. If you touch it, nothing happens. I could not enter the password. Touchscreen wasn't working. It is now in my closet. I recommend never coming. read more

worst service ever!! would never call me back and would not explain what i was paying for. i looked up the part they were supposed to replace and it was only 35 for it. they charged me 180 and could not tell me why. they were very rude and did not care when i talked to them. read more

According to them the only thing broken was the display. They fixed the screen. A week later the phone is a brick. Surprise, surprise it'll cost almost $300 to send it off to Lafayette to be repaired. Now we are traveling 2 hours away to the Apple Store to fix the phone. So for them to fix it will cost about $100 more for them to fix it rather than Apple which would have charged us $500 in one go. Yeah, never will swindle me again. Off to Apple we go. read more

I had my iPhone 5s repaired here about a week ago. They did an awesome job and it didn't take that long, plus it came with a 1 year warranty. Way cheaper than buying another phone for sure. I'd recommend them to anyone! read more

Rip-off! Get a quote from them then look up how much you could get the part for on amazon. I'm not saying you should do-it-yourself, but when you see the mark-up they add for taking out a few tiny screws, you'll be pissed! read more

There is a 5 star hottie that works there! He can fix me up anytime. I be droppin phones just so I can go in there and see him. This is the only place in Alexandria or pinevile area that I recommend for iphone repair. read more
