I quickly explained what we need and he had a quote right away. His quote was below what we were estimating. So we called back and made the arrangements. They arrived on time in a clean and I mean CLEAN Ram flatbed tow truck. This guy totally helped me out. My battery was fried ( could not jump start). My Mercury Roadside assistance told me if I go get a battery, they would send someone to replace it. So I took an Uber, got the battery, and Ubered back. Called Mercury. Now they tell me they don't do that. But they would tow it. It's 9pm now. I don't need a freaking tow! Screw You Mercury Roadside. I searched yelp, saws these guys, called, and he was at my place on 15 minutes. Took out the old battery, put in the new one, for a nominal fee. Thanks man! My girlfriend got a flat late at night on the way back from her parents house. Her parents were asleep and I was an hour away. Gave these guys a call and they were extremely friendly and helpful. Sam was the person who helped me. He came within 15 minutes to jump my car because the battery had died. I took the car to auto zone to get a new battery and after purchase, the person who was to replace it for me said he couldn't get the battery out. I called Sam back and he was able to get me a car battery, met me at auto zone and also exchanged the battery for a cheaper cost. All of this took less than 20 minutes.
