Way too far from the city! There is no way to get close by train or metro. You will need a car to get to this mall.

I have had two 15€ payments that were not credited to my account in spite of the fact that I received a confirmation email from them that they received the payment. I have tried for two months to get a hold of customer service, but their representatives are always busy and the automated line hangs up on you. Don't even think of them for service.

So what is wrong? 1. Wind gobbles up your balance (your money) with zero accountability. You put in money (more on that later) and your balance goes down. There is no way to know why the balance goes down. You can access your balance via your phone, or via the website, but that's it. No list of the charges and deductions. And good luck trying to get someone at a Wind store to give you a listing of the fees and charges that brought your balance down. 2. Adding funds to your Wind balance is a pain. None of our US credit cards work on the Wind website. Some Wind stores only accept cash to recharge. 3. The website is terrible. Disorganized. Pages that don't load. Mostly advertisements to get you to purchase more "services". And they only provide your balance, not a list of charges and deductions. And it doesn't have to be this bad. In New Zealand I had a SIM card from "spark". They provided a nice app that listed your balance, calls and minutes and mB used, payment history, deduction history. Crystal clear where you money is going. Similarly, the accounting on for the bike sharing system in Torino - also fantastic. Great app with very clear information about your balance, bikes rented and so on. But with Wind, it's a secret.
