Terribly slow. Took forever to get water. When food finally came it was wrong, when right order came it was not as ordered. Won't be back.

Bland terrible tasting food. Applebees has really gone down hill. I used to go a lot when home from college, but then they changed their menu to appeal to the "healthy" crowd, and I started going less and less. First time we went it took 15-20 minutes for someone to come to our table. Tonight we went back a second time and what looked like a manager took her sweet time walking up to us after we had stood at the front for a while. Once she got up there, there was no friendly greeting. Just looked at us and eventually gave us a dry "hello". Asked "yall want to sit at the bar?" we said no. She begins taking multiple rolls of silverware out, basically playing at this point because there are only 2 of us, and starts laughing, so I ask what's funny. She gives some bs answer about there needing to be joy in the world, looks at another table and doubles over in laughter along with that table. I'm not sure what the joke was but my boyfriend and I would have loved to join in, though we seemed to be the butt of it. We decided to leave because we were uncomfortable and she yelled after us "okay, well yall have a great night!" Very rude and very unprofessional. read more

Not a good start when you sit down, unravel the napkin with the silverware and your silverware is filthy with caked food all over it. Not just mine, but my husband and children's were filthy as well. :-( read more

As advertised really bad service and horrible food. I know it's an Applebee's but this is really bad for an Applebee's. They should change management or close. Considering I spend 75 percent of my life on the road this one ranks in my top 10 worst restaurants in the lower 48. read more

This place will never be on my list of options again. Restaurant so cold u could not even attempt to enjoy the horrible meal. Do not get anything with cedar chicken. I imagine it compares to licking the wall of a cedar closet French fries cold and chips for salsa so greasy they were not edible. Definately no compliments to chef. Service was adequate read more

Server was a thief! We were using Applebee's gift cards that was a gift from our sister who had passed away 2 days earlier. We ate, got our bills and paid with the gift cards. Used only half the amount on the cards. We left CASH (very generous) for the tip. We decided to go back a couple days later after the funeral and when we gave our gift cards to pay, we found out we didn't have enough on the cards to pay the bill. We had only ordered an appetizer to share between us and one drink each! The server that night was flabbergasted when we showed her the receipts from our previous visit. The only thing we could figure out was the previous server took our generous cash tip and also a generous tip from the cards! read more

Tortilla chips with spinach and artichoke dip were borderline burned and hard. No straws for drinks. 3 very small chicken bites and 10 fries on a chicken tender plate. Waiter was polite but food was horrible. read more

I went by to get some supper with some friends and was disappointed in the service. The food came out hot and fresh and timely however saw the waiter when he took our drink order and when he asked if we was ready for our check. read more

If I could give this place a negative star review I would. We waited over an hour for 4 meals. After twice being told that it would be just 2 more minutes. This was on a weeknight at 6. Finally asked for it to be boxed up to go on the last promise of "coming out next." Waited even longer. After finally getting the order, We got home to find out that our kids meals were burned. They did give us 2 coupons for $5 off 25 but really who would return after that? The only redeeming quality was that our waitress was very nice and apologetic even though it was obviously not her fault. read more

This place needs some management assistance. The food is consistently good, but the service was horrible. My husband and I go out mid week to avoid the crowds and I can only assume that no wait staff was on the schedule that night. The 20-something woman that took our order said that she was normally in the back cooking and cleaning. 6 minutes to be greeted and seated, 17 minutes before our waitress showed up to say hello, food came on time, waitress never came back to check on us and I had to chase her down via the manager to get the bill. Bill was incorrect, and change back was incorrect. P.S. the waitress tried to talk me out of ordering my Texas jalapeño burger because she said it was too hot for her to eat. What can I say that everyone else already hasn't? Cold restaurant, slow service that was so bad we had to request another server. Food came out wrong not once but twice. My husband, daughter, and I went to Applebee's to eat lunch. Our waitress Chris first brought us the wrong drinks. She was talking to the people in the booth behind us and she told them "I don't know what the hell is wrong with that!" Then she brought out my husband and daughters food. She said she would be right back with mine. She went to another table, took their order, refilled drinks at another table. My family had already eaten most of their lunch at this point. I finally had to call her over and ask her where my food was. She said "Oh I am sorry I forgot!" My food was lukewarm by the time it reached the table. My husband paid for our meal and she came by and asked for the receipt and pen. I found that very odd since waitresses usually wait until you leave to get that. Very bad service. read more

Waste of money. Small portions. I ordered southwest steak salad and a cup of chicken tortilla soup. I counted 6 small pieces of steak on the salad, which barely covered the bottom of the container. There was approximately 2 ounces of soup in the cup. Worst $15.78 snack-sized meal ever. read more

Food was delicious! Had Parmesan Shrimp & Steak; husband had the House Steak. Steaks were very flavorful & tender. Sides were good. Green Bean Crispers are a great appetizer; they are shareable & inexpensive! Service was good; waitress checked on us several times read more
