Wish I could give Sam and Hannah 100 stars! Never have I experienced such amazing customer service. I called around 2pm today for advice on finding a printer for my Imac. Turns out its so old nothing on the market is compatible. Sam happened to have an Indigo and thought it would be perfect for me. I brought my old Imac to him and he transferred my data and got me set up within the hour. I came back and picked it up after buying a new printer and all is working well. This company was amazing. We have tried for three months to transfer our music of almost 50,000 songs from one Mac to another and with ITunes new format we could get less than 10,000 moved over. My daughters Mac Book Keyboard would not work, if it wasn't for Sam, I would not have gotten it fixed because it was out of warranty. He went over and beyond to run thru everything and then when it couldn't be fixed, he worked with Apple on the phone for over an hour until they agreed to fix it! We were in Myrtle Beach when my Macbook Pro would not power up. I called Sam and he came by our condo. After a few minutes he said that he would need to take the machine back home to work on it. The next day he told me that he hated to tell me but the "mother board" was shot and that he couldn't even get it to power up. I paid him $150 and thought my Mac was shot. Upon returning home to Texas, I went into the Apple store and the young man had the Mac powered up in less than a minute. He ran some type of anti-malware on the computer and an hour later off I went with my computer working. I emailed Sam and asked for a full refund. Within 10 minutes he called me. He told me that there would be no problem refunding my money but that he needed to talk to Apple. He kept saying "that guy just got lucky"! I heard nothing else from him, so I emailed again and asked for only $100 of the $150 to be refunded and set a deadline for him to send the check. I never heard another word from him, so clearly he had no intention of ever refunding the money. I leave it up to you to decide whether he is competent or not. All I know is that I did believe him and had I lived in Myrtle Beach, I likely would have forked over big bucks to have him fix something that was never broken. Joyce L. read more
