She told me that they don't have my stuff nor was it ever shipped. This is now 5 weeks later. The rep contacted the store manager and he said he has the tapes still and was going to call me back w the info. He never called. This has continued for over 2 months now and the manger Garrett Rexford has mailed my tapes from my childhood and of family members who are no longer w me to a business somewhere in Grand Rapids Michigan. He sounded as if he didn't care and said here's the info and basically expected me to figure it out. I could only get so far bc I did not mail it. From months of going back and forth with ups, cvs Corp, the manger and yes video. I have gotten no response from anyone and Garrett the manager has also blocked my number. I've documented all calls, texts, chat etc with everyone.

Alltown already has a good rating on Yelp, but on the night we were driving along Erie Blvd. and looking for gas, Gasway had something Alltown did not - accessible pumps. I don't know what was going on over there, but every pump was blocked with an upside-down drum in front of it - perhaps there was some computer issue. Gasway is certainly a much more scaled-down gas station and convenience stop, but if all you're looking for is budget priced gas, you'll be okay here.
