I signed up one time for this software to monitor my teenager and the install was very difficult and clunky. I eventually gave up and asked for a refund. Then with very few options, I tried again, this time paying for extra technical support (I know, should have learned my lesson the first time). Now I cannot get the software to download or get anyone to call me back or refund my money :( DO NOT PAY FOR THIS NIGHTMARE. My only regret is that I cannot give them a ZERO star which they deserve.
