Not to mention a covered seating area with multiple picnic tables. They've also added a putting green area to practice your short game, but make sure to bring your own golf balls and putter/wedge. The park can get pretty busy in the summer with birthday parties, baseball games, and other group events, but it is a great environment and there are plenty of things to keep people busy.

The fence isn't too easy to see unless you're right on top of it. Anyway, Tanglewood Park has a nice sized field and a baseball diamond next to the play area. The playground is nice. There are two sections to it. The larger one has wood chips in it, and the smaller one has sand. The larger section has a large play structure with numerous slides on it. There are two regular swings and two small swings. The smaller side has a boat, a couple of rockers and a sand tractor thingy. While we were there, a lot of kids took their socks and shoes off to play in the sand. The area looked pretty clean, so this wasn't a cause for freaking out. There were about 5-15 kids playing at any given time, with some coming and going pretty often. There were moms and grandparents there, and they all seemed friendly and approachable. There is a large shelter next to the large playground. There are numerous picnic tables underneath, as well as two or three which are not under the shelter. When we visited, there were a ton of parking spaces in the parking lot, although I can see the lot filling up when there's a baseball or football game going on. In all, this is a nice and well maintained park.

Every morning I go to meditate at this park, I see dogs being walked at 6AM with little flashlights and watch couples walk every night, if I happen to be out with my Aspen Pretty Eyes. The beauty of this park are the Tennis courts, walkability, TREES many Beautiful Trees, 2 ball parks, rentable grills and tables for large parties. Many come once annually for a gathering, it is traditional. People are friendly, so are the squirrels, give them peanuts early in the morning, they are so cute. Please be sure to clean up after your dog/s and say hello to those you see often and smile. There are picnic tables everywhere, a pool during the summer, with exercise course, the bathrooms are not to great, visit your own at home. Enjoy nature in its beauty here, there are many parks around, this is one special place.

Want to see a 90% scale version of the actual Coors Field? This is it! I found it while searching…read morefor interesting things to see in the area. This park was built in 1998. The cost to build it was $2.7 million. The same group who designed Coors Field were involved in building this park, too! The focal point out front is similar. Coors Field has a clock in theirs and this park has a graphic design of a baseball field with the name on it. Both sides of the focal point encompass the name of each park. The full name of this park is: Keli McGregor Field at Coca Cola All-Star Park. The original name was just Coca Cola All-Star Park. Yelp said, "Hi Alana, thanks for the changes. We have added the business page for Keli McGregor Field at Coca Cola All-Star Park to Yelp. Thank you for making Yelp the best place to find great local businesses"... but, it has been shortened to a non-descript: "All Star Park". Parking is a bear, no doubt about it! I only came here once and it was on a game day. For sightseers, you can only enter on game days. It is locked up when no games are being played. There is a lot next to the field which is also used for Gold Crown Foundation's other sports on the other end of the parking lot. Gold Crown Foundation is a youth non-profit organization. It operates three sports complexes including this one. Interesting fact is that there are no lights around the field, so only day games are ever played here. There's a prominent sculpture out front called "Eye On The Ball" created by Price "Ted" Davis. It's a shiny baseball sculpture made of stainless steel. It is reflective, almost like a mirror! Made me think of Cloud Gate aka "The Bean" in Chicago. Cool place to take a Selfie if you are into that! I will probably not ever have the need to return. I'm glad I came to check it out.
