The drum turned and the element heated but I would have to run it 3 times for my clothes to dry. I also noticed the lint trap barely collected lint. BEFORE AAA APPLIANCE: I've turned to DIY after a lot of bad experiences with home and car repair businesses in Clovis, NM. I will search online car and electronics forums or YouTube anytime I have a broken appliance or vehicle. I usually buy parts online and repair things myself. However, too busy with the mayhem of kids at home and remote work, along with a growing laundry backlog, I felt it necessary to outsource. Maytag customer service connected me to AAA Appliance as the local Clovis Maytag specialist. AAA APPLIANCE EXPERIENCE: The person who answers phones at AAA was the nicest phone call I've had with a business in ages. She made sure to get all my information and issues down. She scheduled an appointment for only 2 days later and called to remind me the day before. On the scheduled appointment day, a polite gentleman called a few minutes before arrival. He showed up to my home on time and with a face mask. He asked some questions, ran some tests, and explained the dryer issue clearly. His diagnosis is that my vent leading to the outdoors required cleaning and I'd have to hire a different company. He adjusted a hose and put everything back in it's place. Finally, he took my credit card to charge the diagnostic fee. It was affordable even without a warranty. I was glad the dryer still works fine and he didn't try to bamboozle me into an unnecessary and expensive repair as some businesses have attempted in the past. Thanks AAA Appliance.

Absolute joke of a company. We live in And Lubbock. We have really hard fucking water.. They would…read morenot install the dishwasher because I use a whole house turn off and not the turn off under the sink because our hard water freezes it up every time.. so they refuse to install a dishwasher. I reported a dishwasher issue on 14 December. They came out, looked at. It said they had to call it in within two weeks. They had to come back and take the circuit board out of the dishwasher which was completely fried. Literally it was black.. then they said it had to be replaced so I schedule the replacement now they have been out here three times at this point. They come out and they say they can't install it because they can't turn the water off under the sink and I tell them no I have a Main house turn off.. they refuse to install the dishwasher.
