I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this bank. It has been consistently difficult to use my account for routine, day-to-day purchases due to unreasonably low debit card limits. Additionally, attempts to contact the bank have been unsuccessful; I frequently leave voicemails and do not receive timely responses. Even more concerning, my debit card often remains unusable more than 24 hours after my last transaction. As a result of these ongoing issues, I would not choose to do business with this institution again. I only have a credit card through them, if I decide to pay a small amount towards it, I'll have no issues with my balance, but if I pay the full balance, for some reason they put a hold on my card, even though the payment has posted to my statement on the card, I would not do any business with them in the future. read more

This company is very unprofessional and they treat the customers like trash. In a pandemic when me and my husband had Covid and he was hospitalized they revoked my card for a oversight of payment, without reaching out to me by phone, they sent emails to an old email address and they did not call me until i filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I would not recommend doing business with them. Bank of America treated me so much better asked if i need financial assistance and all applied bank did was toss me and my family to the side and revoke my card. The service was Trash and I was a customer for years and paid my bill so they had to know I fell on hard times. but you cant expect companies to have a heart. read more

I paid off my balance and closed my account due to high interest rates, and recieved a statement the following month for interest fees in error on behalf of Applied Bank mangers indigo and Gary are not helpful and now i owe over $100 in fees on a closed account and Applied Bank won't waive fees due to there error! Will never recommend Applied Bank very bad service!!! read more
