Frst time visiting these folks. As soon as you entered the facility you knew you were going to be in good hands. Very friendly and knowledgeable people at the front desk. Process for first timers was basic and quick. Megan came to lobby and introduced herself as helping me today with Dr Keith. Very polite she escorted me to the exam room. She took my vitals and soon Dr Keith entered. Came right up and introduced himself and visited for brief moment then he began asking questions. The exam was in depth. He explained what he saw in my posture, had me to basic positions then it was on the "table". He covered EVERY part of my body. Didn't expect that. He nailed trouble spots quickly and treated them. He gave some exercises to do at home with some literature and scheduled future appointments. I felt that we accomplished some things this day knowing continuing with Dr Keith my concerns with my discomforts WILL be resolved. read more

Would love to be a regular patient if the reception could get things together. The whole experience was messy and unorganized. between my booking and the appointment as well as during the service my insurance was never processed. I am also very confused on what I was filling out and why. They didn't even know how much I suppose to be charged. I asked if the appointment would take an hour on the phone and it ended up taking two and I had to come back to fill out paperwork they forgot about. When I asked questions about what was needed for my insurance they were not able to answer my questions. My dr was informative and helpful. I have 10 years of knowledge on the injury I'm suffering with and he was able to bring up new things and ideas. Would recommend dr not the office however. read more

I have been to a few chiropractors and always left shortly after I started because they didn't really do much for me. I came to applied health associates after a coworker recommended them and I am seeing Dr. Paul. I almost can't believe I'm saying this but he is a miracle worker and has helped me an unbelievable amount. I had been going then stopped because I really didn't need to any more. I hadn't gone in for nine months and finally starting to get out of adjustment and went in then he corrected it in 10 minutes. If you're thinking about going but are skeptical because of prior chiropractic experiences you should really give them a chance. I am 6 foot two with broad shoulders and I think a lot of people just haven't been able to get done what I needed. So happy that I found them. A previous place used the "pop pop" gun and it really didn't do anything for me to be honest. I've also been on the stretch tables etc with no luck. Dr Paul does good work in my experience. I show up 2 minutes before my appointment and go straight to a room, in and out in 10-15 at most. read more

Dr Keith Morehouse is not very professional. I just walked out after telling him I didn't appreciate his attitude after threatening to dismiss me when I questioned his thought process. He was training another doctor and said to her (while I was standing there) that if a patient doesn't want to follow his directions that it was time to dismiss them-this was only my 3rd visit. I had done everything up to that point. He first said I had a lower back problem, then he wanted to manipulate my foot that is still in the process of recovering from a major foot surgery, and today he now thinks I have a sprain in my back! I thing the guy is a squirrely little man......would not recommend him to anyone. Unforfunately, Katie, his massage therapist is very good, so feel sorry for her that she works for someone like him. I cannot say enough good things about everyone at AHA. My physical health has improved beyond my expectations and the staff is top notch. The front desk ladies know everyone by their name and are so understanding when schedules change. Miriam takes extra time to explain financial issues with love and understanding. Dr Keith is hands down the most knowledgeable health professional I have worked with and I have experienced instant relief and ongoing improvement of my movement and flexibility. I have also seen Dr Joe and he is exceptional as well. I also see Charlie for massage. There are no words for how much he has done for me. He is so knowledgeable and works with my specific issues each time I see him. He also spends his personal time taking classes in order to learn more. Recently I had to cancel my 90 minute massage on very short notice and he was so understanding of my situation, even though I most likely cost him that much time in earnings.
