That's a big plus for someone that constantly forgets I have a coffee and am always warming it up in the microwave if I use a regular mug!! They sometimes have sales going on, plus I have a punchcard that allows me to get a free purchase after making 10 purchases. That's great if you like their products and buy them as gifts to get to that amount quicker. Last year I decided to pay more and purchase a 40 ounce stainless steel bottle to increase my water intake over the summer. It does get a bit heavy to carry when walking, so this year I bought a 32 oz stainless one AND a 25 oz one. Those have been really a great thing for me. I have tried to carry the 32 oz one, but I try to walk 4 miles when I go so it did get heavy also-the 25 oz has worked out to be perfect fit for me walking. And it's skinny. Easier to hold onto! I fill up both and leave 32 oz in my car-nice and cold when I get back to fill up my 25 ounce bottle again! I am a person that cannot drink warm water, nor room temperature. But that's ok-you can drink it however you like in these from the tap, frig, with ice. It will stay the way you like it. The products I've gotten from them seem to be mostly hand wash-that is annoying after awhile if you use it everyday. And if you have hard water, the tumblers that aren't stainless will eventually stain. Upside and downside to that-Tervis will replace the tumbler as they have a lifetime warranty. But, if that tumbler is no longer in the store, you either have to accept a plain, clear one-or send it back to company with a $5 deposit with the hopes they still have access to the same design. If not, you will still get a clear one back and a $5 coupon back to spend more money buying another. This is another reason why I switched to the stainless for everything but coffee. The store is always clean and well kept. "Most" of the employees have a cheery attitude. All have been helpful.
