However, I am done with them at this point, following a chain of more recent terrible customer service experiences, primarily at this location. But it goes further than that. I have reached out to management, and they're just as indifferent as the employees in the store, as no one even gets back in touch, much less tries to make things right. I suppose they have all the customers they want and need and have no problem losing them unnecessarily. Fine. Just be warned -- they can be a nightmare to deal with and couldn't care less. And since they don't tell you at any point in person or on their website, I'll warn you here -- gift cards can only be used for online purchases.

Immediately before the girls could even look at the toys, the lady said "don't touch anything" "toys aren't for playing." If you don't want toys touched, put them at a level kids can't reach. How are customers supposed to determine if they want them or not if we can't test them out? Then we walked into the room at the check out. There was a box full of little toys that looked like they came from happy meals. My girls found two little one inch figurines they liked. The lady kept following us from room to room. She said "those are only for paying customers." How was she to know we weren't going to buy anything? My oldest daughter asked me nicely if she could have it, but the lady interrupted the conversation and said "she can have it for a dollar." I'm sorry, what? You're going to charge me for a toy that if I buy something they would get for free? Her whole attitude towards us was completely disrespectful.
