NOTES: ~ This place is open throughout May and June and I…read morethink it's recurring every year but I can't be sure. ~ The website shows all the participating businesses, but be warned that not all of them may be open at the time you attend. Check out their website! The Street Food Circus is basically a pop up event during the weekends boasting loads of different street food cars. It's a great place to sample a wide variety of cuisine. --- ~ Atmosphere: There's a great atmosphere at Street Food Circus. Everyone seems decently friendly and there's great vibes all around. They set up a tent with some benches and 2 bars you can order a variety of drinks from, with very friendly bartenders. The downside is that this place is the EPITOME of pop up. Ladies, DO NOT COME WITH HEELS ON. This location is at the Old Stable Yard which basically means that the ground is 100% unstable ROCKS/STONES. Even though I wasn't wearing heels, the ground was very uncomfortable to walk on. Closed-toe shoes only or I promise you'll regret it. Seating areas are very impromptu as well, with 100% of the stables being really shaky do a really unstable foundation. You're probably actually better off just standing around with your meal. ~ Food: The food is absolutely delicious. I had my very first lobster roll here and it was divine! From my other samplings as well, there weren't many businesses that didn't serve tasty food; everything I've tried had been lush. The only downside is that it's really expensive. My partner and I came and we spent a whole £50 between the two of us just to get relatively satiated. That lobster roll I had? £10. --- Overall, now that I've tried it I probably wouldn't come back simply due to the prices. The food is great and it's worth a shot, I had a great time. But that's probably it for me since I'm no millionaire. *BRING CASH: Some businesses do take card, but others don't.
