My mom is 83 years old and has used this agency to get her providers...on Sunday, July 1 this…read moreprovider stole almost $200 from my mom's purse...she called police and made a report...she tried calling the provider, and the phone number she gave my mom was not a good number!...this morning I contacted TVNS and was told that my mom's services were terminated on Saturday, June 30 because she needed to reapply, ok , i get that...but this provider supposedly helped my mom with the paperwork...so, my mom calls them today to report this and was told: not their problem because the provider's last day was Saturday, and she wasn't suppose to work on Sunday...WOW!...really, that is how you treat my mom!...wonder how many others she stole money from and TVNS didn't know or the matters weren't reported since she is preying on innocent elderly people!!!!
