In the real world some clients can be a PITA, and we were certainly difficult, but in the world or client service you live and die by your ability to roll with the punches and keep the boat moving. This firm could not do that and frequently passed the buck within the firm avoiding any real responsibility. We never actually got anything done with them, other than lose money. We have had a variety of unprofessional responses from this firm and while apologies were somewhat delivered the reality is they cannot honor continuity of service which is a big deal in the expensive world of law.
