Benny came out as we discussed and provided us a run down of services, and we walked my property and house to see what all might be needed and how we could mitigate wasps, spiders, and ants. Great price and was lower than what I paid in San Antonio for a house half this size. Equal to same size house in San Angelo, including my boat dock. This week I needed help with rodent control and when my regular guy didn't reply to my phone call that day I called APS and they answered my call and Danny was here soon after. He knew what to do and quickly found where they were coming into the house and closed the area off. It's been two days and no signs of rodents since. We have used APS Pest & Termite Extermination services for the past 10 years. We tried several others at various homes and rentals but the service wasn't what we expected. Since they installed it - we have not been bitten once. Prior to that, we couldn't step outside our back door without being attached and developing whelps! Danny installed it and then synced it to my cell phone so that I can control the misters anytime from anywhere. He explained everything to me, tested it all out to make sure it was perfect and then told me to call him if I needed him later. The worker Danny entered my home unannounced, while my girlfriend was unclothed. Once i addressed the situation Danny disregarded and disrespectfully responded with "i have a key so i entered". Once i called his supervisor Maria. The most she could offer me was to no longer get my apartment treated. This is terrible professionalism and borderline pedophile tactics of peeping toms.
