The ambience itself is not the best. The restaurant is long and narrow and presents as slightly claustrophobic. It is probably OK as a place to bulk out after a night in the pub but, after two visits there with others (neither being positive experiences) I would definitely not consider taking my wife or guests there. Dinner, with starter and a couple of beers, works out at roughly £20 pp.
