Very busy today bc it was a nice day in winter. Unfortunately, only one of the 2 wash bays was operational. So, wait was longer than it could have been. Basic car wash...no bells and whistles like some newer washes. $13 for the lower tier wash...$15 for the upper tier. No paper in the machine to print receipts for payment. I have used this facility several times since it had opened and tried the different tier levels. I felt the basic car wash was the the tier that worked for my needs at a reasonable cost. Today when I used the basic wash service it did not appear soap was dispensed during the wash process. During the timed drying cycle with 18 seconds remaining on the timer, the drier turned off. I called the phone number listed no answer and no ability to leave a message. The website did not allow you to leave a message. After leaving the facility I drove about 15 minutes hoping it would dry off and not water spot. I will have to hand-wash the vehicle when I get home as it looks terrible. I guess I will have to try one of newly built car washes on the Carlisle Pike in the future. They may cost a little more but a least I will be able to address any concerns I may have with a person. read more

June 1 I tried to wash my car, scanned the receipt and it told me the bar code was invalid. Tried to type the code # manually and still told me the code was invalid. Backed the car up and went to the other wash bay with the same results. I left several messages on their voice mail (which promises a call back next business day) and I texted the number as an option that they have. NO RESPONSE as of this morning. Tire shine usually misses half the tires so I stopped adding that early on. Last visit one of the bays was closed so there was a backup. When I finally got in, the "stop" light was malfunctioning, it would tell me to back up or go forward but no amount of inching back and forth would work, nor would the washing process commence. I have used this car wash several times. It does not always follow the proper cycle. Tonight I paid $15 for their best wash and it only did the cycles for their cheapest wash. I even paid extra for the tire shine and that part of the cycle was also skipped. This is for the new location at Newberry Pointe. Their customer service is horrible. Took my car last weekend and the rinse nozzle on the driver side did not spray, and left soap on that side of the car. As soon as I left the bay I took a picture of my car, contacted their CS # and left a message. They texted on Monday asking for the picture, make and model of my car, and which bay I used. I sent the pic and other details. This morning they left a voicemail that their "experts" determined that the equipment functioned properly and they were "closing" the file. 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. Save yourself time and aggravation and go anywhere but here. Was denied a refund because the issue was "user error" by their professionally trained eye. I was told I created an unsafe situation (with a 3 yr old In the car) by pulling ahead too far, then backing up when the sign said to back up AND then going forward again (the unsafe part) instead of having my car in park or foot on the brake. Was also informed any damages to their car wash or my car would've been my responsibility. Luckily neither happened, I just left with an unwashed and soapy car and they got to keep my money for a carwash I never got... we have 4 cars and have been to multiple car washes and apparently this is the only one I am too stupid to use It properly. Customer service took over a week to review the video and respond to my request, but when I told her I was leaving a review, she called me right away to basically explain to me why they aren't giving me a refund. I had my Traverse Simonized at the dealership, I have owned it for two years and have not had to wax/buff at all, I just spray wax occasionally to make it sparkle in the sun. Well $10.00 at M.R. Ducks gets you brown hydraulic looking fluid all over your hood and roof. I spent two hours hand waxing and buffing to remove the stains (I worked in a dealership recon dept for 5 years straight at one point, so I know what I'm doing). I used the soft touch $10 wash and I thought it did a great job. My car wasn't super dirty, but it took off all the dirt on the windows. You couldn't see dirt in the corner of the windows where the wipers don't wipe so I was pleased and I am very fussy about my car. read more

I have had their membership since December. A few months ago, my husband joined too. They are experiencing severe technological issues and have a very poor and undesirable way of communicating. While they acknowledge the issue, they have yet to make good on fixing it. There is no way to contact a manager or owner. Nicole was there for many months and now Alex is there. We suspect that Nicole left because this is a poorly managed operation. Their voicemail is always full and it takes them days to return calls. This is very disappointing. I guess the BBB will being hearing from us next. The membership auto pays from your bank account, but the barcode reader doesn't recognize you when you attempt to use the car wash.
