I have just recently brought my Canada Goose parkas here to be dry cleaned and had a horrible…read moreexperience. The jackets not only came back from the cleaners NOT CLEAN, they also show significant signs of wear along the sleeve that was not there before I brought them in. Basically the machines were so harsh on the jackets that they are scratched all the way up the sleeve and even made a small tear around the cuff of one. And then when I pointed out that they essentially wrecked my $1,000 parkas the response I got was that this kind of wear was 'consistent' with a used parka, even though it was not there before I brought them in I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking of taking any items there to be cleaned that you go somewhere else.
