Okay, so maybe a little hyperbolic but these guys made a commitment and followed through in a way I have not encountered before. I had a bear who had found its way to my koi pond after the fires last year. Whether it was curiosity or hunger, he was terrorizing my koi, destoying the landscaping and had sliced up one of the fish in his daily visits. Using photographs and phone conversations, Rolando was able to get a reasonable quote together and schedule the installation immediately. The net itself was a taut masterpiece--far better looking than I had anticipated. The bear attempted it only once--the night it was partially installed--and never tried again. The net was so carefully measured and tight that I was unable to remove and replace it myself for pond maintenance. Instead of telling me, you bought, now deal with it, Rolando and Salvador, who did the installation, promised me they would find a solution so that I could effectively use the net with my arthritic hands and still have a net that did what it was installed to do. Even when the intervention of massive rains made a hasty return impossible, they did not forget their promise or blow it off. Salvador insisted on coming back several weeks later with the perfect solution to my dilemma. The price was reasonable and transparent, the work was superlative. Just had my aqua net installed yesterday. Took about two weeks from the time I called in for a quote - not bad. One of the best things about this company is that they do virtual quotes where they use Google maps to basically dial everything in and figure out exactly how much it'll cost. This is awesome because it saves a lot of time from having to have someone come out and este time measuring. I feel very safe in my new home now that I put the net over the pool. I can see the set up and take down time can be improved the more time you do it but overall you just can't beat this level of safety for my dogs (one of which is old and if he fell in the pool it would be game over) so the extra "overhead" to put up and takedown the net is worth it. Salvador, the installer and tension designer, is also super great to work with. Very professional, funny but also down to business. Well I didn't and wouldn't expect a company to do a job on the spot without all the estimating and whatever. But Amber who was friendly and helpful asked me what color and how many feet needed, gave me a price and said that they could do it that day. Their employee Salvador showed up an hour later and installed it in a few hours. He was friendly and professional. I looked at a "do it yourself" fence, but after I observed the poor quality of the materials offered and skill needed to do the job; I realized what a value it was. Sal went above and beyond with the initial installation, even driving back to the shop on his lunch break to create a custom panel to fit our slope so that the fence would have the look we wanted. Had a pool net installed 3 years ago and was so excited once it was installed. Unfortunately, after only 3 years it already has broken strands around the perimeter of the pool. Haven't had an abnormal wear & tear. After contacting the company I was told it is not covered under the 5 year warranty based on the rough edging of the pool. I was never told at the time of sale or installation that the design of the pool would void my warranty! I'm very unhappy that the pool net only lasted 3 years when it has a 7-10 year lifespan & that the company will not honor the warranty. read more

I have grown kids and no grand kids so I didn't think I'd ever need a safety net. Well, unfortunately one of my fur babies got SARDS. They go blind over night. Luckily we have been in the same house for 6 years and she can get around fairly well without her sight. As much as I didn't want a net, I couldn't live with myself if my blind dog fell into the pool and couldn't find her way out and drowned. I called Aqua Nets and dealt with one of the owner Hazel. She was super kind and was able to get out right away. She even came and did the measurements while my husband and I were out of town. (dog sitter was home) They came out the very next day and installed the net onsite, custom made. The crazy thing is, as the installer came to start his work, my dog fell into the pool two times. She has never fallen into the pool. She used to drink from the pool, never fell in. But with no sight, she didn't know where the pool edge started. We did have it off for about two months during the summer time and all the knots had loosened, so they came out (free of charge under the two-year warranty), and stretched it.
