To my pleasant surprise, I have watched the women at this salon thoroughly clean all their nail tools before and after every customer they deal with and they also clean up all their area which is a must and I was so glad to see this. The only service I have gone for is a pedicure as I have my own gel system at home and do my hand nails myself. They do an excellent job at removing dead skin, shaping/painting nails. Their scrub is awesome and very relaxing. Another thing I love about this place is it's modern and spacious. It's a huge salon at the top floor of the building. Both the nail/pedicure area is very clean and tidy and can't beat the price. I never pay more than $18 for a spa treatment pedicure with gel polish, including tip (less when the peso is high or when I choose to get regular nail polish). My go-to pedicure salon for great service and a perfect pedi. ***I highly recommend you set an appointment before showing up as they're a popular nail salon and while walk-in's are welcome, sometimes they're completely booked for the day. I had a basic manicure on Saturday with this technician and upon arriving home, some of the polish was bubbling and a few nails had blemishes on them. I was careful after he was finished and stayed long enough for the manicure to dry but he did put a very thick layer of overcoat on the nails to "protect" them. He seemed in a rush and left me at the station to allow time for drying my nails, but like I said, after ample time, several hours later I had blemishes on the nails. I returned to the salon and in sharing my concerns, Tyler went ballistic and told me regular nail polish doesn't last. I hate gels. He insisted this was my problem, but he would redo them just this one time. He proceeded to coat over the blemished nails and reapply more thick top coating and I waited another one-half hour for them to dry and again, makiang the blemishes even more apparent. I had my pedicure there with another technician and she was wonderful. Needless to say, I would not recommend Tyler. He only seems to want to do gel, acrylic or powder nails, none of which are healthy for your nails. I did want to mention that Anna did my pedicure and she was great. Yadelle's spa is a short drive from the Nogales, AZ border (about 10 minutes) and worth the drive and penny. The spa has been open for a few months at this location so it's fairly new and impeccably clean. Although, the owner used to be located right across the border and relocated here so the location is new but she's been in business for several years. I had my first initial visit and it took about an hour for my first microblading session. I had little pain during the procedure due to the local anesthesia. I came back to Infinity Spa a month later for my touch-up. It's been over two months since my eyebrows fully healed and I love my results. They look natural and I receive compliments all the time. I have not had any other services at Infinity Spa but they are a full spa and offer many other services such as mani/pedi's, hair loss restoration, lipo laser, massages, facials, microdermabrasion, lash lift, lash extensions, etc. I am planning on going back for a lash lift and massage very soon. The service at Infinity Spa is excellent and professional. I love that you need to be buzzed in upon entering which makes for a private/safe experience. Aside from the great service, you can't beat the price. I paid less than half the cost of microblading in the US and everyone at Infinity is licensed and use new, sanitized tools (in my case, blades) which they open right in front of you and also wash their hands in front of you before putting on surgical gloves. I love this place and you should stop by for future beauty needs if you're looking to be serviced for a fraction of the cost of US spa's. Another perk? The spa is conveniently located on Calle Hermosillo which houses some of the best restaurants in Nogales, Sonora. Spa day/delicious food...all-in-one! P.S. The owner speaks English.
