I was personally greeted by the owner Stella who first ran through the safety procedures and gave me a guided tour of the whole site, after which I was given a fluffy robe and the relaxation started. Unlike other spa's I have visited, the service at Wye Valley is personal and you're not just treated like a generic customer.
