Highly recommend this water store for your refill needs! They offer alkaline water for $1 a gallon or purified water for .30 cents a gallon. Met the owner's daughter today, CJ, and she was kind enough to let me sample the waters to see if I can tell the difference in which I couldn't. She also educated me on the BPA free, levels 1-7 and what they mean when buying your reusable water vessels. Service was very good and there is plenty of parking spots in the plaza. I love this place to get my water especially when they have little stands for croc charms, pins or stickers its so cute!! Its super cheat too. We started coming here for water about a year ago and have been happy with every experience here. The prices are good and reasonable. The store is clean, and the water dispensers are well maintained. The setup is user friendly, fast, and easy. The water quality is good, and they have purified and alkaline water. There is always someone to assist you and answer questions. They have carts with wheels for you to take full water jugs to your car. There are different jugs, water dispensers, and accessories for purchase. Rather than going to outdoor fill stations, we started coming here and haven't looked back. When going to outdoor fill stations, you can't rinse out your bottle, you don't know the quality of the water and when it was last maintained and/or cleaned. There is usually one water dispenser, and takes longer to fill all your bottles. They typically look dirty, unkept, and sometimes take your money. Woohoo! A water store with great service and great prices! It was always nasty to me to use those water dispenser machines because I don't know the last time they've been maintained or the fact that they might have been tampered with. There's nobody there to monitor them. The water machine that I used to go to at sprouts in eastlake just increased their prices too. It's not much but it's still an increase. Oh... sometimes coins get jammed in the machine, it spits my coins out, or it won't even take my bills. This water stores location is so convenient. It's right off the freeway and close to seafood city and other restaurants so if I know I'm in the area I'll do several things in one trip. The staff here is really nice and friendly. This place has a station where you can rinse your bottles! I love that! And they provide cloths so you can wipe your bottle down when you're filling it up. There's plenty of stations here so you won't be waiting long at all. So easy to pay also. They also have alkaline water too! I haven't tried it but I will next time. There's carts here that you can use to wheel your bottles back to the car. I used to buy the water bottles from Costco but I'm making an attempt to go green (YouTube search "plastic river". It gives you an idea of how much plastic is in our ocean). Instead of buying all those water bottles I now use a dispenser and my hydro flask. No waste product or bottles to recycle. Was in town visiting/helping my mom and she needed to get set up with some water and water jugs for her new house. She already had a cooler so I came here. Was very impressed with the place. Water was very reasonably priced for a gallon(.25 cents for purified. $1 for alkaline), especially when compared to the other stores out there in the area. Customer service was on point and they even sell masks right now. I did take off a star cause their water jugs for sale were very, very expensive. I'd like to see those prices lowered. 3 gallon jug($16) and 5 gallon($22) jug made for an expensive trip. But like I said I was in town for a quick trip and I was in a rush so I bought them, but I'd imagine you could find cheaper jugs in a grocery store or amazon. read more

Dropped by here to buy two 5 gallon water jugs for my new water dispenser. They sell 2 types of water jugs, regular and BPA free. The regular "strong" water jug sells for around $13 while the BPA free "fragile" water jug sells for around $17. You also get a free water fill of either purified or alkaline water with your water jug purchase. Otherwise the purified water sell for ¢25/gallon while the alkaline water goes for $1/gallon. The water dispenser also has a water spray which you can clean your used jugs with prior to filling with new water. The store also provides carts for you to bring your water jugs out to you car. As far as taste, I have to say the alkaline definitely has cleaner and crisper taste, while the purified water is just kinda bland water. The lady selling water was helpful read more

Fast, friendly, clean and no waiting! I had 6 bottles to fill. Someone met me with a rolling cart to carry the empties in and the full ones back out again. They rinsed and filled all 6 in the time it would have taken me to do the first one at the vending machine! At this writing, the cost was 25 cents a gallon for purified water or $1 for alkaline. I nicely explained that we didn't know. I payed $10.50, Asian girl got into an argument with not daughter saying she looks like a 5 year old when shes 17. Saying she couldn't read, nicely returned the cart not knowing that the Asian girl followed my daughter to our car throwing F bomb out. Saying she wanted to fight my daughter saying she couldn't read. Very unprofessional, left customers unattended in the store, family owned there's no corporate, the only thing that the father said was " I'm sorry ". My daughter and I were scared that this lady was going to harm us so we video taped her and she escalated even more. I will not recommend this place to any family or friends. They should take a course on customer service and being friendly. They never help out with the gallons, not even a hello or a thank you. Last time I went they made a big deal about using a credit card and not having my ID. When I literally was filling up for a year it wasn't an issue then. They have a nasty attitude. The girl with fake blond hair who's lazy ass always calls on Alexa, but never offers to help, followed me to the door with the cart. The argument went to the point that it almost got into a physical altercation. How they're still in business is beyond me. They have false advertisements with their alkaline water when I tested it was below 8 which makes it not alkaline. There's a water store in Saturn Ave. that's way better than this water store.
