We've been to many water parks throughout Europe and Aquapalace ranks high in come categories and low in others. Let's start with where they can improve. First of all, admission is expensive. It cost around $84 USD for my six-year-old daughter and I to visit for three hours to the water park only on a Friday in July. It's by far the most we've paid for a water park for so short of time. Secondly, this one is outdated and a little run down. The water slides are old and aren't as fast or as big or as exciting. Where they shine is the variety of activities and pools. The wave pool creates big waves and runs often. There's a kid area. There's a warm pool with fish tanks along the back that kids enjoy. There are lazy rivers with monkey bars to try along the way. It was fun to explore. They also have lots of food and drink options and water zorbing, which was a blast. It was only $2 per ride for three minutes. Overall, it was a fun time. Just expect to pay a lot. read more

WOW!!! This place is a dream come true. They-do take Czech Korunas & Euros. After payment we were given electric watches that basically monitor everything we do so it makes it super easy trip at the water park. From the showers, lockers and food your purchase will be from the watch. Lol In other greatness we enter the water park, and it is like a free for all! Nothing like America. No lifeguards, kids running the show (of coarse with parents supervision) but other than that it was free at lasssst. Me and my group went on every slide together. They have seven slides, lazy rivers. Jacuzzis, a relax sauna. A SPA. A kiddy pool. EVERYTHING. The water park was all set to warm temperatures & it was snowing outside. Truly a gem in Praha. SUPER kid friendly, they had a starfish walking around hugging children & even put up an amazing light show in the wave pool for the kids. Best water park I have ever experienced. Only thing that was frustrating was parking, it was the thinest walls leading up to every floor for parking & I hit the side of my tire pretty hard on the wall. While we were In Europe we went here twice and it was great! The staff was super sweet and nice when we had questions about anything and the area. Our rooms both times were super nice and the pool areas were great each time. I hope to go back in a few years. The breakfast included in our stay was great one time we had the breakfast and dinner included in our stay and it was super good! The best were comfy but the ac the first stay was kinda hard to work and keep the room cool. The second time we went in September so it was chilly and with the windows open it was Cold. read more

I must say I like this place. Who couldn't like it when it has a wave pool, 4 cafes, indoor and outdoor pools, waterfalls, lap pools, a lazy river, and clean facilities? They also organize many activites for the children during the day, races and whatnot in the water which occupy's them a bit. It is very easy even as an adult to spend the whole day here without being bored, even if you don't want to swim. Only real downside is the high cost, you are always better off buying a whole day pass because if you don't and stay after your allowed time they will see it on the way out and charge you a good deal extra...not a great experience when leaving. Overall though, great place to take the kids for a fun day and be sure they will be exhausted when they get home! read more

Very mixed feelings about this place. Let me start with good:) Inside and outside area are pretty great. Lots of fun things to do, slides, whirlpools, tucked-in caves, kid's pools with mini slides...It is clean. Also completely packed with people. There is a line to go on bigger slides, so that put us off but plenty of other things to do, so it's fine. I think it's perfect for kids! All in all we had a really good time inside. For that I would give it 4 stars. One star lacking because it's too crowded. Now the bad...on our way out things got pretty bad. We were told something inside the pool area from one of the employees and we acted upon it just to be told on the cashier desk that we are wrong and we can't do whatever this person told us that we can...anyways not to go into details because I want to point out terrible customer care. The girl we had argument with started fighting with us in a very rude way. I just couldn't believe...That of course made us very frustrated and even when we asked to call the manager they just ignored it. It went on and on and on and all the other cashiers gathered around to listen and argue, against us. So we were just in the middle of this argument, me holding my 2-year old daughter in my hands who was already crying. At one moment, one guy approached us, also cashier, who said that he's sorry and that it is a misunderstanding, that indeed that person who gave us the wrong info made a mistake but because of that he will help us. We thanked the guy who saved the whole situation in a matter of 1min. Having experienced this I will for sure never go back to this place. Stress is really not worth the money (btw very expensive tickets). I would give 1 star for customer service. I actually wrote to their customer service and explained everything that happened in detail and I got the answer " sorry but cashier was right", not addressing at all rude behaviour from one of their employees. After that I realised that they just don't get it or don't care. read more
