i've been here a few times this summer and I'm appalled the way they treated my granddaughter when she trusted adult adults and told them that another child was watching her use the toilet with tears running down her face and they screamed at her and her twin sister that they are liars . Where is female rights here !?Is it acceptable to allow children to be watched while you go to the bathroom when a child feels confident enough to come tell three lifeguards on duty they ignored her and then the mother who is also a board member decided it was appropriate to scream in two nine year olds faces accusing them of lying! A grown woman screaming at children. Would you want your children to go to this pool? the amount we paid for a 9 person membership to a pool that spent two months harassing our autistic 15 year old . and as a cheery on top the board members 13 year old daughter put her head under the bath room stall and watched my 9 year old while she used the toliet . i brought that incident up to not one but three lifeguards and the pool manger but nothing was ever done . but they have the audacity to be upset with a child having fun in the pool with friends what because hes a loud child these are the type of human beings that shouldnt ever be responsible to make decisions and be in charge of any facility! because they believe they are above the rules ! read more

They need to learn how to treat people with disabilities if your child has autism this is not the Pool for you. They are not autism friendly. The lifeguards do not know how to treat children with disabilities. They harassed my stepbrother for two months straight and then we ended up kicked out and they refused to give us a refund for $1100 and if you have trouble breathing, this is not the pool you should join. They have a bunch of chainsmokers who smoke around children. And the board members are rude and arrogant and disrespectful and their children can do no wrong and there's no privacy in the bathrooms. Children will come into the bathroom and watch you use the toilet and the lifeguard and the staff do absolutely nothing about it. read more

We now have a Pickle Ball court to add to our property; with a huge pool, large sand area, big picnic grove and large parking lot. Because of our size, we just hosted all three hundred students and teachers from Ridley Middle School's 6th grade. It was such a fun day. The kids were great. This pool is my families happy place! We can go there 7 days a week and spend all day by the pool if we want. It's fantastic to go there, spend time with friendly people where we eat and listen to music and just float around. Once we decided we have had enough? we head out and I don't have to worry about chemicals and clean ups like you do if you have your own pool. There is a snack bar if you want to buy food and picnic tables to use, there is always something going on too, events for kids and even adult only evening splash parties where you can have some cocktails and party with friends. The pool is huge too so no one is on top of you, there is actually plenty of room for everyone. Can not wait for the 2023 season to begin! read more

The Aquatic Club has been a landmark in Morton for more than 60 years. Times are changing and the Club needs our help. For those of you who grew up at this pool during the summers of your childhood, consider becoming a member or sending the pool some funding to keep a much needed treasure alive. Many families have two working parents instead of one now, so moms don't have the time to spend weekdays at the pool with their children as in years gone by. But no matter how little time is spent at the Aquatic Club, it's well worth the trip. One will never find a pool so unique as this beloved pool. There is always room for one more swimmer with sand and activities for everyone to enjoy. Please help this pool remain open so that it can provide wonderful memories for generations to come. In this day and age of busy lives, remember that cherishing the carefree moments that a day at the pool with kids gives you is something irreplaceable once it's gone. A little funding from each of us will accomplish this goal. A few dedicated neighbors of the pool brought it back from the brink many years ago and now the children of those neighbors, adults now themselves, are striving once again to save it.
