This company was hired by American Homeshield. I only heard from them 1 time. They insisted on coming to my property when I was not home. I'm not even sure they came by. They told AHS the work was complete. My pump is still not workin, it leaks, make terrible noises and does not pump. Now I have to pay another fee, because they lied about the work, they said they completed. I wish I could give 0 stars.! read more

Worst company ever. Tech came by and couldn't find pool equipment which might be 30 feet from pool. Rescheduled appointment (two weeks later). Tech showed, took pictures of pump, said he would have to order and a month later still no contact. I had to call home warranty company to get any resolution. Less than a one star company!!! read more

Worst company I've ever used! They left electrical wires laying on the ground for weeks while waiting on a new pump. Then when the pump came in they didn't have all of the parts. After waiting 2 months to get a pump installed we went with another company that had it done in 3 days. Their customer service was equally bad with either no communication at all or they were rude. Would never use them again or recommend them! read more
