We have been having major issues with our spa heater. We worked through our home warranty company, First American, and two other companies came and went without resolving the matter. They were also late or no-shows which really upset us as we would take time from work to be home for their arrival. No calls to say, we are running late or not going to make it. Silence and no apologies after the fact. When they did work on it, they would say, I fixed it, but would not stick around to make sure the heat got up to the target zone. And then minutes after they left, it would shut down again. When is call to complain they'd say oh we can put you back on the schedule in 2 weeks!! First American reassigned it again to AquaZur. I'll admit, I was skeptical, but Gianni proved me wrong. Gianni from AquaZur Inc. set up my appointment over the phone and arrived in the timeframe of when he said he would. He went through every component of my spa heater to "test" each part. From fuses to chip-boards to thermo tests. As each would pass/fail, he would explain it to me, and troubleshoot. It was great. In the end, he did figure it out and tested it...waiting for the spa to reach the target temp in front of me. As he left he said, test it out a few more times this weekend and make sure it's good. If not, call me and I'll take care of it. We are looking forward to a spa this weekend - the first time since July!! read more

I have been with Fidelity Home insurance for about 5 years, I normally have one call out a year. This year my Jacuzzi went on the blink. I called FHI they appointed Archer Pool Care who were an absolute dud. They did not come in the time frame that they advised they would be at my house, they don't answer their phones or respond to texts, a total 0 in my opinion. My experience is similar to what others have posted about them, so they were not just having a bad day. I called FHI to request another vender, they told me that Aquazur would be contacting me. A couple of minutes later Jannie called, discussed the issue and told me he was on his way. Within 15 mins he was at my house. He went to work trouble shooting the system, found two errors, fixed them and was on his way. This is the best service I have ever had on any repair at my home and highly recommend their services, 5 star all the way. read more

Do not use these guys. I went through my home warranty. Gianni came out and basically told me it was my fault that the pool pump was not working. There was debris around the pump as a result of all the rain and I was told that it was surprising that the pump had been working for 4 years! Very patronizing. Not only did he not try and work with me to resolve the issue, he made the home warranty company remove the equipment from my coverage. As a result I fixed the pump with another company. Gianni has been dispatched by the home warranty company a number of times over the years and he always provides truthful and accurate information along with prompt, dependable service. I will describe the problem to Gianni over the phone and he will troubleshoot - letting me know what is covered under my policy and what isn't. All three times it has been a covered item (lucky me!) and the work was done promptly the first time. I cannot give Gianni any higher praise. I do not recommend this pool service company but if you are going to use them keep solid records on your payments and do not rely on his invoices to see what you owe. His invoices verses what his "statements " say do not match up. His employee got attached by a another clients dog, luckily he was ok but didn't come for over a full month because of his injuries. I sympathize but I am clearly not paying for that month of no service. I told him that and he seemed to understand why I wasn't going to pay that month. Then months later he tells me I'm over due and have late fees. Yet in the invoices I continued receiving there was no mention of owing anything but the current months payment. If I did have an over due payment why would he not put that in the following billing invoice so it could be paid right away? My opinion.... so he can rack up more and more late fees before bringing it to your attention. Bad business. I paid him just so I could be done with him and fired him. Moving onto a better, more honest and reliable pool service. read more

This company came through our home warranty company after we disputed the findings of the prior pool repair company who blamed the reason our spa heater didn't work to no electricity to the unit, which was not verifiable by an electrician and then claimed there was a missing controller (remote) despite the fact that there was never a remote control for this heater. We disputed the rejection of the claim by the warranty company and they sent Aquazur for another look at the unit. They contacted us and were there within hours of the referral and the unit was fixed in less than a half hour. Let me start by saying I got to AquaZur from my home warranty company. They first sent out a different pool heater repair company that was terrible. I complained and Gianni from AquaZur replied to the call within 2 hours and was at my house one hour after that. He diagnosed the problem, had the needed parts on his truck and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. With his extra time he even cleaned my filter for free! Our spa heater wasn't working; he came out within an hour, diagnosed the problem, went to get the part, and was told the part is no longer available and we would have to spend $1,700 for new electronics. I said, forget that, did some research and found the part was still being made, albeit in a different configuration. I confirmed it with Gianni, got the part and he came back quickly and put it in.
