I was very excited, thinking that we were getting a quality mattress with a nice 10 year warranty so I was confident it would last. I could not have been more incorrect. Within about 10 months, there was a 4 inch deep crevice down the middle of the mattress (see pictures attached). It was properly supported on a brand new frame so the only explanation is extremely poor construction. I went through the arduous process of submitting a warranty claim and it took several weeks to get it processed. I finally get the letter for my "exchange" and take it to the store (they do not process them online). I went to the store the first time and they said they were not able to help me, that only the manager could process warranty claims. I return the following day and speak to Heather. She lets me know that I cannot, in fact, exchange my mattress for a replacement. I only get a store credit for the sale price I paid for the mattress ($500) and they have very few, if any, options at that price for a King. She rudely told me that warranty exchanges don't work like that and they don't make my mattress anymore so I would have to pick from what they had in the store. I checked on the website and they do still sell my mattress, but she was unwilling to order it for me. Not to mention the fact that the warranty claim forces you to pay MSRP of the mattress, even if you are purchasing the same one. So it would actually be CHEAPER to purchase my mattress on sale than to file a warranty claim and "exchange" it. I would have to pay MSRP minus my $500 credit, which would mean I have to pay $1000 to replace my defective mattress. Do not purchase from this store or any other Mattress Firm stores, you will regret it. As I do.

When the warranty was still in effect I had to replace two controllers and the chair back was replaced one time due to flat thin layer of plastic membrane that looks like leather peeling off. In actuality it was peeling off all over but ffo said they would not replace anything else and don't call them. The chair was relegated to unused status in a spare room. When I needed the lift function again due to a knee problem the ffo chair failed once again this time catastrophically.
