The company had no idea which international service they gave it to on leaving Turkey. Finally they discovered it was DHL. DHL said YK's paper work was wrong and sent it back. The person we called knew nothing and kept asking the same questions over and over again. No One knows where the package is and when we call we are always disconnected. No promised emails of explanation have been received. Avoid this company at all costs. Better to find a pigeon.
