We signed a contract in 2024 and work began in November for a major project. Plants, hardscape…read morewall, front yard water feature, landscape lighting and drip irrigation system. The crew finished in December under very cold and wet weather. Could not finish the entire project until spring 2025. Come spring we had to contact them to see when they were going to finish the project. It was early July before we saw anyone. Part of the drip irrigation had not been done and there were leaks in numerous places. Some plants needed replaced and some were planted that were not available during the install. They finished these items, but were going to return and finish burying the drip irrigation lines. It is now late September and they have never reached out to complete the project. The water feature is awesome and the wall and flagstone look great, but I would not recommend Auman Landscaping for plants, lighting nor an irrigation system. They installed the lights, but even though we requested a nighttime visit, they never came after dark to make any adjustments. How can you possibly know what it will look like in the light of day? The drip irrigation still has leaks, and we had to pay another landscaper to spread mulch as they only put down a thin layer and we could see dirt everywhere. The work crew was great to work with and very professional. Maybe Auman should have recommended that we wait until spring to complete the plantings since it was so late in the year and the weather was not conducive for most of the project.

Finally, on Wednesday, I got a hold of them and we scheduled time to come out. They were here in HOURS and did more than I think I asked for. I just wanted a trim, they raked and edged and everything. And the price for two guys to do that was so good, I just can't believe it. I'm absolutely hiring them again. We had a contractor do work on our house to repair the outside, bottom walls of our basement and they only completed 1/2 of the job. Although they finished the actual basement and outside wall work, they left our yard a total mess and never replaced the cement porch they removed to do the lower wall work. They were also going to do grading in the front yard to address puddling and never did, and they didn't do any of the landscaping they were supposed to complete. Our yard was a disaster. TCT Property not only did a wonderful job with the grading of our front yard, they also did all of the landscaping and seeding in the front and back yard, pipe work to address the puddling, and replaced the cement porch within about 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 weeks. Their price was very reasonable, and they are professional and reliable with everything they do. I would highly recommend TCT Property Enterprises to anyone looking for a contractor. They are great and are a pleasure to work with.

BEWARE! Do not pay Jason Shook until the work is completed…read more Last fall I hired him to do some brush removal, stump grinding and to trim a large pine tree. He completed everything except the tree trim and asked for full payment (which included the tree). He told me he would come back to trim the pine tree. Shortly after I paid him he got in an accident and broke his leg. He said he would come back to trim the tree after recovering. I was fine with that. I figured it would be awhile before he could do it. I contacted him early last month and he said he would come out to trim the tree that weekend or the following week and would let me know. I never heard back from him and now he is not responding to my calls or texts. Lesson learned, unfortunately! Don't pay until job is complete.
