WOW. I'm impressed. Arbol did a great job for me. I worked with Mayron (the advance guy). When he said he had a crew...I was thinking 2 or 3 guys. 10 or 12 guys showed up at my house with two huge trucks, a chipper and all the tools etc. They all had goggles and helmets and in uniform. They did exactly what we agreed upon...and with that full crew it went very quickly. I was amazed at how efficient they worked my tree trimming job. i was extremely happy with the results. Arbol delivers. After striking out with two other companies who went non-responsive after providing estimates, Aribol came through. Two days after giving me a very competitive estimate, a team of 10 showed up to trim my two three-story Norway maples and clear my garage roof of encroaching branches. The team was friendly, polite, skilled, well-equipped, and very efficient - always moving from one task to another. Their teamwork was exemplary and safety-conscious; they moved carefully around wires and protected each other from dropping branches. Horrible. These people clearly know nothing about trees. Today, while doing some work in my neighbors yard, they literally RIPPED a branch from my 300+ year old oak tree. Instead of using a saw, they tied a rope around the branch and pulled until the branch split away from the branch to which it was attached. The branch then landed on a planter in my back yard and crushed my flowers. When my husband realized what happened and tried to talk to the workers, none of them spoke English. No apology. They all scattered. The worst part about this is that they should have known, as tree professionals, that you do not trim oak trees in the summer! They must be dormant or they are susceptible to oak wilt. My huge, 300+ year old tree is now at risk because of this incompetent company. read more

Arbol Tree Service sales person has come 06/05/2017 at 4:25 PM ET. We told him to trim maple tree branches. He estimated $1100.00 for 45 min job (his estimate). When I inquired why is price so high he came down to $900.00 - beware sales tricks! He pushed me to sign a quote telling that is necessary requirements? Other company also was arranged for estimate came right after Arbol Tree Service. The estimated a $450.00 for the same job which I've accepted. I've called Arbol Tree Service around 4:45 PM same day to cancel their service. The sales person told me "I will sue you". read more

It's not very often I bother to give a review, unless it's a bad one... however, these guys are definitely worth doing business with. I used Yelp to find tree removal services and they were the quickest to come out and provide a quote. Price was comparable with the next quote, but it was their quick response and willingness to work a custom quote. Had to wait a bit to get the work done due to rain and my hectic work travel, but when they came over they finished the job in less than 2.5 hours including cleaning. The guys knew exactly what they were doing and that they earned every dollar. They were nice enough to take some wood my neighbor had stacked on his driveway. Definitely would recommend these guys to family and friends. read more

I asked at least 5 companies for a clean up of the logs, brushes and huge branches that were scattered on my front yard that were trimmed off of my tree. It was a big job I understand that's why all the quotes I got were understandably expensive (but I think too expensive). This is the company that gave me the most affordable quote. They are prompt, courteous and took care of my problem in under 10 minutes! These guys give the best quote and does the best job. He also gave me a very reasonable quote about taking out my tree (but I'd like to keep the tree alive and give it another chance to grow straight instead of leaning towards the house again). I highly recommend this company. It really does help to ask around before you settle because affordable AND good companies are out there like this Arbol company. read more

They left a big mess. They left a lot of trees behind. They Came back did a little work still no clean up I will never hire them again. Plus I will not recommend them to anyone. So very poor job! Plus he sent a brush hog that came at 11:00pm put all kind of ruts in my backyard it looks dreadful it will take a year or two to fix it thanks for that! A family called due to my family member knew the owner Terry Smith and was given a quote to remove a Tree in our front yard and was given a appointment day and the company showed up nut NEVER completed the job! Instead called my family and jacked up the price $1500 more then was quoted before they arrived to complete the service! I feel it was very unprofessional after the fact and would not recommend this company to anyone for the unprofessionalism they conducted they day they arrived for the appointment! read more

They stopped by while in the area and asked to quote out some tree cleanup and removal work. I had some downed branches that I wanted hauled and figured I'd have them at least quote a few things to get a sense of what they would charge compared to Davey. After walking around the yard we quoted a bunch of work and I was rather impressed with the price. They brought a crew of about 8-10 guys and handled all that we talked about just as we had expected. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves, even taking a few extra odds and ends branches and stumps I had ripped out a few weeks prior. Great team, the owner came by and inspected the work to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I was a little skeptical at first and would now recommend to friends and neighbors. read more

I contacted Arbol Tree Service on 9/2/2015 for an estimate. The owner arrived 45 minutes after I called and 30 minutes later we agreed on a price and he started and completed cutting down 13 huge trees. The trees were removed, shredded and stumps grinded in less then 2 days. The price was 50% lower then the cheapest estimate that I received. We had a large branch fall in our backyard unexpectedly. It was a mature tree we've maintained for years, but this time we became concerned it was time for the tree to go. Arbol Tree Service was one of three companies we asked for a quote. The first didn't even know what kind of tree it was, but assured me they would trim it up and it would last forever (we knew this wasn't the case). The second was only interested in removing the downed branch. Arbol came out, assessed the tree and advised it be removed (they also knew exactly what kind of tree they were dealing with), though they provided options and would do whichever we preferred. They gave a reasonable quote AND provided proof of insurance, workers comp, etc. -- which no one else did. In two days time, Arbol came out and started first thing in the morning (after quiet hours ended!) and in 4.5 hours, our huge tree and stump were gone. They brought an appropriate sized team, the right equipment, cleaned up as they went, were very polite and professional, and left wood chips for fill. Arbol worked hard to get the last of the giant stump out even though it was growing into the fence. And this is when we saw rot had reached the main trunk. Thankfully we went with Arbol and followed their advice to take the tree down. It was only a matter of time before it caused property damage. I'll be honest, they weren't your bargain basement bidder, but you get what you pay for. This was a high quality experience and well worth the investment. We highly recommend them. read more

First I need to explain my profile says Ontario CA, that is where I use to live. I now live in Lathrop Village, MI. We are very happy and pleased with the work that Myron and his crew did on removing one tree and timing 3 other tress off the roof and the neighbors property. These guys had the best bid and clearly explained what they were going to do and how they would do it. They came in like an army of workers on a mission and when they were done, I could not stop smiling and thanking them for such an awesome job. The one thing I liked about dealing with Myron is there was no price haggling, he worked with me and his price was great. They did an awesome job, it was awesome that my neighbor contracted them on the spot, they finished my 4 trees and jumped into my neighbors tree, they are reliable, timely and true to their work. I would highly recommend Arbol Tree Service to others. Oh and the clean up was awesome, the only thing was once they left a few days later I found gutter down spouts that needed to be reconnected, they removed so they could drag the brush to the front yard for chipping, but that is the only reason I did not give them 5 stars.
