I stopped by last year and asked if they could come out to look at my retractable awning that had been damaged by wind. They said they would stop by the next day - they did not. Ok, no big deal. Fast forward to this year, called, they said, someone will call you back maybe tomorrow - or the day after. Um, oooookaaaaay? Called again - reminded that I would like some service please, "oh I'll stop by tomorrow or Thursday" Its Friday. Had husband call (who knows, maybe they don't take grown women seriously when it comes to retractable awnings?) No call, no show, no interest. We bought a retractable awning from here, for over a pretty good size patio. The pricing was good, as was their customer service and scheduling. They kept to the expected time line, and the awning has worked well for over a here now. read more
