This is an Assisted Living in Oshkosh we ask that you please do your homework before taking a loved one there. Currently there is a support group in Oshkosh to help family members during this time when they can not see their loved one every day. Unqualified help and these people are responsible for handling your loved ones medication and to keep them healthy. The building is old and has windows that leak causing mold and mushrooms, yes I said mushrooms to grow on walls. Instead of replacing windows he just replaces the drywall to try and hide it.If you or your loved one files a complaint they target your loved one and literally make their life miserable in an attempt to get them to move out. They withhold their mail. If the employees show any compassion for the residents they are run out of the building also. But Arborview is not the only building this person owns they also have Oakwood Manor in Oshkosh which is a Memory Care facility and if you can not handle working at his other facilities he moves you to Oakwood to work "because they will not know the difference," all the hype about things happening in healthcare facilities to residents would you feel safe having your loved one taken care of by unqualified staff, that is over seen by an RN "who does not want to do any more than they have to and does not like confrontations". Peace and happiness just to save her job because the company pays her alot and she does not really have to do anything. Let us not forget that they also have a facility in Omro named Webster Manor another older building that is falling in around the tenants. The 4th facility is The Meadows in Fond du Lac which by the way we are waiting to break ground to build another facility and can not even provide quality car for the 4 facilities they have. Oh and the Manger of the Fond du Lac facility soon to be facilities is an ex-con served prison time for as they embezzled over 3 million dollars, yes 3 million. We beg of you if you want to protect your loved ones and want them to enjoy a quality life do you homework before you put them into a facility. Diana C. so sorry your loved one has to endure such a terrible experience. Believe me there are several people that have been handed a line of bull to fill the apartments. The food is horrid we all agree, but remember prison food is what some of his employees are use to. They do not assist the residents they do not feel it is there job. They do not have any agency staff they just can not keep help and the owner is too cheap to spend the money for quality staff. It is all about the bottom line, and lining his pockets. We heard that it use to be very nice place but no longer, So sorry for all of them there all families would be wise to move their loved ones out. read more

This facility is one of 4 owned by the same person and the company is Goodlife Assisted Living. Sorry to say the only ones having a good life are the two who are lining their pockets with your loved ones money. The owner and his female "Assistant" there is no compassion or caring from the top down, would make you cry to know how patients are treated. So many far better places out there check them out. read more

Went there to visit this past weekend some members from my church and there was a staff member wearing a shirt that stated "Welcome to the sh.. show". Then staff were talking amongst themselves though in the presence of the residents and "f word" is very large in their vocabulary. Reported it to the facility Monday morning and now it is Thursday and nothing has happened. read more

Arborview Manor is not an Assisted Living any longer. Unqualified help that lacks the training to provide the services that meet the criteria of Assisted Living. The owner is all about the money and hires staff that have the same focus. Feel very sorry for the people living at this facility. read more
