Neutered only one testicle…read more. Angry, hurt, disappointed..where do I even begin. I live in Dallas. I drove 80 miles to get my Sheru neutered. I work full time and don't have days off very often. This place was the only place that does walk in surgeries which I was happy about. As soon as I walked inside, I felt the worst energy possible. Everything in me told me to just go home despite driving 80 miles to get there. The front desk girls are just horrible. Customer service was awful, I didn't even get a hi from anyone. Nor was I told the price of surgery, how long it will take, what they were doing, when they were starting..nothing. The front desk girl just told me to bring him inside (he was in the car) and that's it. I took him in from the back of the clinic where they keep the pups post surgery. One of the cages was DROWNED in blood and it was unsettling. Since there was absolutely no communication, I finally asked the girls in the back WHILE they were sedating him in front of me "No one really told me the price, how much would it be?" They snarked at me and said it's my responsibility to ask the price myself (she said $200). Fast forward to later when I pick him up, thank the heavens he looked fine and even had energy to hop in my car seat which I'll give this clinic credit for..thank you guys for not butchering him. But guess what..THEY CHARGED ME $250. That's not including the cone and pain meds. I told them this wasn't the price I was told. 30 mins of back and forth, they fixed it. When I left the clinic and arrived home in Texas, unfortunately that's when I noticed they only neutered one testicle. Please look at the pics below.. I called the clinic 20 times (different parts of the day)..no one picked up. And when someone finally did, they implied I'm lying and how "unusual" that sounds. Please tell me why I'd be lying driving 160 miles in total for my dog while having one testicle removed. Needless to say, this place is absolutely awful and they genuinely do not care about your pets. They are just running a business. I now have to spend more money to get the other testicle removed. So ridiculous and upsetting.

Hubby didn't know what to do but to bring me here. Y'all were so sweet, showed us all the kittens you had & there was a family of 5 kittens there that was rescued off the street. I fell in Love instantly, wanted all of them. One of the ladies behind the counter says; "you know one of them is missing a foot?" With tears still running down my face I said; "What, you mean he's a pirate?!" And that was all she wrote folks. It was fate. "Skippers" was meant only for moi! Arrrrr! :)) The tears stopped instantly, as it was the beginning of a beautiful new friendship :) I can't tell you how happy I am that you put "Skippers" in my life & his sister GinGin they are inseparable. The other male kitten, his brother, "Bombata" got so YUGE they "play" fought too much, he kept biting skipper's" little footless leg bloody all the time, so my brother & his two kids took Bombata & the twin girls. They are all doing great. We all visit together :) Moi "huître" AKA "Bunny Kitty" just showed up on my doorstep one day in Florida as a kitten. A little gift from God. We didn't adopt her here, but she travels with us everywhere we go with "Skipper" & his sister "GinGin" they are very happy together, they even travel in the same cage, GinGin thinks she is her baby I think :) Anyway, y'all did such a great job with my other kitties we adopted here we just brought Bunny Kitty here for her surgery also. Again, ya'll did an excellent job, she is doing very well indeed :) Thank you all so much for all that you do. We appreciate all that you do for the community, the pets & the humans, even the crying humans :) xoxo Highest recommendations.

They took x-rays and evaluated the situation. (blunt force, trauma, possibly kicked by a neighbors donkey or cow.) They gave us multiple options and related detailed expectations for each option. We asked so many questions and had more questions throughout the whole process... As it was our first time to deal with something like this. They continued to be patient and answer all of our questions, while making us feel comfortable with our decision to amputate and leaving her with them throughout some additionally needed aftercare. We live out in the country and the ability to text in photographs for review, proved to be an important step in her recovery. Each individual we have encountered whether it be in person or on the phone has been compassionate and knowledgable through the whole process. They also have a good selection of specialized food.

Arlington Animal Clinic denies paying compensation for the holiday when asked to work. Despite being promised time and a half when it comes to holiday pay. Once the paycheck for the holiday arrives, there will be a distinct lack of the time and a half that is promised. When taken up with payroll, they still will not properly compensate time for the hours worked. opting to only add a $10 bonus rather than the time and a half that is owed. Arlington Animal Clinics staff opt to openly mock and make fun of their clientele and any other employee whom does not fit in with their niche clique behavior behind their backs. Crude jokes and open discussions of euthanizing any pet or animal that they do not personally enjoy nor want to deal with. This results in an incredibly hostile work environment. I would personally not recommend working for Arlington Animal Clinic.
