This is a great Arby's and I am so glad it was reopened after it was replaced by other fast food places at this location for a few years. Their staff is personable and efficient. Their food is great tasting and the service is consistently top-notch at the menu board and window. There was a time several months ago when there was a small problem forgetting an item sometimes. This has not happened recently, so I am happy to update this review. These guys here are on point. They greet you when you walk in the door. The place is really clean. You can tell they take pride in their work. Everything came out quick and was fresh. You could tell the fries were hot and everything was how it should be definitely come here. Try whatever they got. I'll be back for sure. This Arby's is exceptionally well run. I live nearby and visit frequently. The employees are very welcoming, the food is fresh, and the establishment is well-kept and tidy. First, you pretty much know what the food at Arby's is going to be. This Corona CA location is consistent in providing the expected Arby's menu with friendly and helpful staff to serve it up in a sparkling clean facility. Where this Arby's franchisee comes up short is in the restaurant details which are below the standard one would expect to find at most Arby's locations. On my last visit here about four weeks ago, the soft drink dispenser was out of order so you get your drink from the counter person. No big deal, things malfunction. Today that beverage dispenser was still not working and now had a printed sign confirming such. The typical condiment station found in every Arby's I have visited was turned upside down and devoid of Arby's sauce, Horsey sauce, ketchup or anything else. Frankly, I am a bit surprised the Arby's district manager is letting this location continue operating without correcting these clearly ongoing issues. This place use to be good. The soda fountain doesn't work. They covered and bolted up the sauce/Ketchup station. The restaurant smells like body oder. We went on Aug 16, 2025 and either the A/C wasn't working or they barely ran it. The inside was so hot. We waited over 20 minutes for our order. Exterior of this new restaurant (used to be a Rally's Burger) is kind of run down. The soil around is dirt, no plants or ground cover. The drive through, if you have a full sized pickup, you will rub your tires. (Very narrow) The service is S L O W. Been there twice and it took awhile to get my order. They have this dumb system that if your order isn't ready they ask you to move up about 20 feet and wait there. Mind you you're still in the drive thru queue. The food was about what you'd expect from an Arby's. Not the best or the worst. Hope the first visits aren't what to expect in the future of this new Arby's restaurant read more

We stopped in to eat at the new Arby's off 6th street. Restaurant was nice and clean with updated decor. Staff seemed pretty new and unsure how to work register. They apologized for delay and were very pleasant. Restroom is transgender and wreaked of urine which was apparently from standing urine in front of toilet. Sink had dirt inside. Not a site one wants to see if ordering from this establishment. Menu offers a wide variety of choices from French dip to chicken salad sandwiches. Visited last night. Beef week. 2 employees. They were slammed at the drive through. The app was a little difficult to navigate, but that was the only way to get the 5 for $5. So got our order in, had to wait a few minutes as the ticket machine that spits out the online orders was going non-stop. Food was good. Combined two sandwiches to make one and, with some Arby-Q sauce and a little horsey, was delicious. What sticks out in my mind was Luis, the man behind the counter, though constantly moving, was very cheerful and friendly. Got to say, that improved the experience even more. read more

Placed an order via the app. Food was to be picked up at 7:22pm got there at 7:25pm and was told they had not even began to make the order. Sat around for 20 minutes to find out that they ran out of burgers, the main reason I even placed this ordered. I asked to cancel and was told that they couldn't cancel since I placed order on the app. Replaced the burger for a gyro for which was below room temperature, the curly fries with the order had two long strands of hair. Smelled like a sewer but I heard a few place in that area do so maybe a city issue. Bottom line, got a double beef with cheese and the meat was like paste, no resistance when taking a bite. Almost no flavor and shouldn't have to rely on add on sauces. Fries were boring and flavorless and they were the curly fries. Soda was great. read more

I've been here a few times now since the remodel and this place is always quick and friendly. I've been using the drive-through and everybody at that window has been so nice. The orders are accurate and ready quickly. it hasn't been too busy when I've been there but I really appreciate how friendly the people managing the window have been. Very consistent. It really feels like the managers and staff are trying to make this place pleasant. The food is classic Arby's. French dip, roast beef, curly fries, the jamocha shakes have all been good. If anyone at corporate is reading I would love for you to bring back the potato cakes please! Definitely give this location a try. Btw, I'm annoyed at an earlier review that was upset because their food took longer than three minutes. Smh. Grow up. read more

Food tasted good, restaurant a mess. Most tables were dirty and garbage was on the floor. What scared me the most was the restroom. It looks like it has never been cleaned. It need a major cleaning and disinfecting. The condiments area needs a thorough wipe down as well as all walls, handles and light switches. I'm praying I don't get sick. The food was great but if the restaurant is this dirty, I'm worried about the kitchen and cooking utensils. Please get this under control! read more

One evening I went through the drive through and I guess one of the cashier's were new and didn't offer me the 2 roast beef and cheddar sandwich special and when the night time supervisor heard about it he very kindly gave me a refund and made things right !
