I don't even like Arby's and always wondered how they stayed in business. tge staff here were so awesome when I went and tried a sampling of everything. Their chicken is awesome. The best Arby's I've visited so far. They obviously have new management, and the whole crew is doing an excellent job of taking care of customers. My cashier was new, but she was polite, friendly, and eager to take care of my order. Her manager was very patient and helpful. Love to see that. Keep up the good work! read more

I think there is just a good chance they caught me on a bad day. But I just finished traveling 500 miles by car in the rain. We just wanted to place our order and go to our hotel after a really long day. I get to the drive through and the speaker is silent. I speak into the speaker "Hello, is anyone there?" no answer. I repeat the question. Still no answer. I wait a little longer and drive away from the ordering station. As I turn the corner I see another car at a window waiting to pick up their order. So, I wait behind them. As I pull up to the window I explain to the young lady I didn't know you guys were opened. Nobody answered me at the ordering station. She says to me "You didn't give me a chance to respond". Then just looks at me. First of all I definitely did give her time to answer me back. I didn't hear anything. Not a please wait a moment, I'll be right with you, nothing. But to end the akward silence I say back to her "So, that's my fault I guess. Sorry". Not sure why I am apologizing for their poor service. So, then she begins to close the window and I ask her can I place my order? She says no there is no way to place the order at the window. LOL As if she is not standing in front of the register she uses to enter orders from the ordering station in the drive thru. There were not 2 service windows just the 1. So, she literally wanted me to drive around and order through the microphone or she wasn't going to take my order. 100% rediculous. Needless to say I didn't bother. I went next door to Popeyes and they took my order just fine and gave me my order imagine that. Don't bother coming to this Arby's location unless you want attitude and slow service. For the most part the food is good with the exception of the fries, great if you prefer fries that look and taste like they were made a week ago. Third visit in less than a week and the fries are the same, old and over cooked. Service for me is excellent. read more

Arby's has long been a favorite for the classic roast beef! Nobody does it better. But today May Dottie made my experience more special than usual. I was greeted with a genuine smile. She made sure she got my name. And then she made a round through the lobby to be certain everyone was satisfied with their meals. She even remembered my name when saying "Goodbye" and "Have a nice day!" The best part is I believed she wanted that for me. Ms Dottie is blessing for your customers! Please let her know. And yes... Yeah...There's a reason why they have three stars here. It's not the worst but just not the best. Go somewhere else. I asked for an apple turnover, no one asked if I wanted it warm and I forgot to ask to warmed up, didn't get any napkins, and most my fries were not curly. I still ate all my food. OWNER, PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW! Your store is a lawsuit waiting to happen!!! The food was good and service was fast. (I love the new sliders!) The issue at this store is that the dining room and counter area floors are coated with a thin layer of grease, or the wrong mop and/or solution was used to mop in that area. The floors are truly dangerous. Someone is going to fall and be seriously injured. I am not trying to be obnoxious with this feedback, I truly hope you get this in time to do something before there is an incident. read more

Arby's is and has been one of my favorite fast food chains for a long time. While they may be a bit more pricey than other fast food restaurants like McDonald's, they also have some of the highest quality food in comparison. This particular Arby's I have never had a problem at. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. I recommend the classic roast beef sandwiches with Arby's sauce and also the Greek Gyro with extra Tzatziki sauce. Ordered four gyros, Greek style (2x2 for $6), mozzarella sticks, fries, jamocha and iced tea. The fries and jamocha shake were the only things good. Gyros were soggy, wilted lettuce, rotten tomatoes and cold like it just came out of the fridge. Mozzarella sticks were hot on the outside, cold cheese, so obviously just dropped in the fryer again to make and seem hot. Iced tea was bitter, so had been sitting a while. Originally wanted the beef and cheddar for the 2 for $6 but they said the beef was going to take about 15-20 mins to cook, which I understand that completely; it happens. But two cars ahead of me, I sat for thirty minutes, which tells me they ordered a roast beef product. The employee at the drive thru should have asked them to park to the side so others behind that did not order roast beef products could get there food while if was still [potentially] hot. There was definitely lack of supervisor and leadership skills, the employee did not make an attempt to apologize for the wait, nor did they seem to be in any hurry to get orders out quickly, efficiently, and hot. Many cars behind me dropped out of the line because it took so long. read more

Food is fine no complaints about that. My complaint is the wait in the drive thru. Each and every time I wait at least 7-10minutes. This may not be a long time but it is when you're just sitting waiting in a car and you have ice-cream melting in the trunk. I'm not sure what their process is in the kitchen but it just shouldn't take this long to put some sandwiches together. Again, my only complaint is the wait time. Food is great! read more

I wanted to give a special shout out to Angel at the Crestview location. She is definitely management material. I love the ghiradelli chocolate shakes and Jamocha, today I asked for it to be mixed and was told there was no way possible they could mix the shakes. I didn't want to cause problems so I simply said ok, I'm sorry and proceeded with my orders. Upon getting my other shakes I noticed that they had put orange cream in one of my Jamocha shakes. I really dislike orange cream. So I politely asked why was I denied my mixed shake and perhaps accidentally given a awful tasting one. Angel immediately apologized, she did not ask who said that it try to defend the other employee. She took initiative, inquired how she could accommodate and corrected the shake. I wasn't given a receipt, hence I didn't know the survey to comment but figured I would at least make mention on here.
