I haven't eaten at an Arby's in probably 10years and stopped going because of constantly being let down. I tried this location for the heck of it, it is updated and clean, the bathroom wasn't bad. The food was good, I just got a classic roast beef sandwich and curly fries. Total was a little over $10 which I thought was steep for an entry level meal. Service was a little lacking here, everyone was nice but they totally forgot my order. I waited for what seemed 10min and not after two orders after me left was I acknowledged and asked "if they could get me anything?" Just my order please lol, I guess these things happen sometimes. I guess my gripe is just with Arby's in general, not this location per se, The prices are approaching real close to sit down restaurant prices (like a coney) where I think you'd have a better experience. Horribly run. So slow. Don't bother 6 people in back, 2 just staring at the computer monitor, no one taking orders. Finally a guy wearing a jacket that says manager comes to the order. Then starts to leave again. I call him back and say I need to put my order in - he gives me a rude sigh and says he's understaffed. Why are there 3 people standing watching a monitor??? Takes my order rudely, walks away without giving me a receipt when my card payment went thru. I waited 35 minutes inside the store for a to-go order. There were 3 parties in front of me. Will, you placed an online order at 12:35, went in to go get it. Waited in the lobby for 15 minutes, asked for the name twice for our order. Another 15 minutes go by. The finally figure out the mobile order, they did remake it fresh for us. Unfortunately when I got home our modifications were incorrect and I couldn't eat my food. I called the store asked to speak to a manager. He was less than thrilled to talk to me. His name was Anthony. He never apologized for the 30 minute delay, didn't apologize for the mess up. He ended with "and what do you want me to do..?" Maybe apologize and communicate with your staff. In the end. I won't be back for my remake. He didn't offer a refund. This location is convenient because it is close to us, but I would rather go to grand River Arby's because there are they'll actually treat you with respect. read more

I'm not normally one to leave reviews, but I will say this is the worst Arby's I've ever been too. Messy lobby, cold food, workers standing around, pacing back in forth, when they could at least be cleaning the floors that are covered in food. Food was made before being ordered, so it was cold and trash at the point that it was handed to me. Don't waste your money here. read more

The food is fine, it's Arbys you get what you expect to get. But this is by far the worst service I've ever had. I work near this Arbys and it's one of the few options I have for lunch so I unfortunately sometimes don't have much of a choice, but every time I go there I regret it. I believe there is a woman named Gabriel or Gabriella, I'm unsure of her name, but she was the rudest person I've ever had an interaction with. I'd understand if I was rude to her, but as soon as I pulled up she used a very rude and sarcastic tone during the drive thru order. Then at the window I could see her just sitting on her phone at the counter. Lastly when I asked for ranch, she rolled her eyes in my face and said "fine" (again in a terrible tone). The whole interaction I tried to be as polite as possible, thanking her and saying sorry, but she still was just plain awful. On top of that they are generally just slow and my coworkers tend to complain about their orders be wrong constantly. read more

My husband and I just had a great experience at this location. We stopped for a late dinner, and were provided some exceptional customer service, with the two men working. They were prompt, polite, and courteous. They even offered a treat to our dog - a small cup of whipped cream! That is going "over and beyond". If patience is a virtue, then Barbie Arby (founder of Arby's Inc) has pushed her franchise towards deity status. Yes, the food is delightful; comparing Arby's to McDon't-ald's is like trying to compare Top Shelf to Well. But the wait in this Arby's drive-thru line; it will make even the purest puritan spout obscenities. I would write more, but my lovely girlfriend is jabber-jawing away about our need to start juicing... something about doing it for weeks on end cuz she follows this strong-legged man on Twitter and one of his followers juiced for 14 days straight and not only did that person lose 30 pounds but they also solved the Yang-Mills existence and mass gap problem... ...which last time I checked would mean Juicing Jenny somehow satisfied a constructive quantum field theory regarding mass where the least massive particle of the force field predicted by the theory is strictly positive. No way juicing gave Jenny that kind of mental fortitude. But back to me - my nose is clearly in my phone, my thumbs busting out this unconstructive criticism of my favorite fast food joint, and none of that slows my girlfriend's verbal flow. I've never been treated so badly before going through a drive thru. This girl was so beyond rude!! Not only was I basically basically my bags of food at the window and wasn't treated kindly at all, but while ordering this girl yelled at me mid ordering interrupted me and told me her fingers can't type as fast as I was talking lol. This is probably the worst arbys ever this is only 2 great employees and that's it the rest of it sucks I wouldn't go here if I was you or anyone I complain about my order and the one Girl said did you pay extra and I said for what and she said I I have to pay for my order and I said I already did she said if you want your order fixed then your going to have to pay extra I started that's stupid so I had to pay 2 times for my food then it went there with with my friends and we ordered our food we waited for 5 minutes and then after waiting we heard are food was finally ready and instead of saying thanks for choosing arbys I get nothing but a smart a** remark like oh were not here for the customers the customers are here for for us to get a paycheck. Before going to Tanger Outlets we went to this Arby's to grab a quick bite. And what a nice surprise it was. The restaurant was very clean and the cashier who took our order (Kim) was very very nice. The food is as you might know the same at all Arby's restaurants. I gave the 5 stars for the restaurant being very clean and for their good service. read more

After finding out that they had a arbys near me, when I went to the tanger outlets,I was excited. I like how they have variety of foods there compared to mcdoanlds. I currently tried there roast beef roubin sand which, it was yummy. I also found out that they serve coleslaw. Good price for little container hut it was delicious. My husband and I went to this Arby's after shopping for our children at tanger outlet. I was surprised at how incompetent the majority of the employees were. First of all the woman who took our order seemed to not understand our questions, and she didn't ask a manager. All we wanted was the nutritional info, but she did not "think" they had it. After we received our food my husbands order was entirely wrong, and they did not even apologize. They acted as though he was inconveniencing them. After we finally got the correct food and found a booth clean enough to eat at, the food was pretty good. But that is the only positive side to this Arby's. read more
