I ordered through the drive thru. Could barely hear him. When I got to the window and told him he didn't seem to care. I ordered the cheese steak sandwich. The meat was more like hamburger meat. No flavor except for the cheese. There were large pieces of gristle. It was disgusting. One end of the sandwich was soggy. The bread was fresh but didn't help the sandwich. I don't know how Arbys could call this a cheese steak Don't waste your money on this sandwich. read more

Food is great and fast but is Smokey inside and has no a/c and was told by the employees that they can't bother management for the issues for the a/c and soo hot that there's flies!!! I love Arby's usually eat it 2 to 3 times a month. But this place should be closed down.there prices are 4 dollars higher then any Arby's got home had half pound was not much met 1 dot of cheddar started eating it got half way done the smell of rotted meat made me throw it up opened the sandwich the meat had green all over it got my other sandwich out snake thing and the bread was soggy from I guess grease. They hit it out the park. I have them a chance now that they have regular French fries. Love love love the sandwiches but refused to eat there for the last 30 years due to the curly seasoned fries. One of the worst Arby's I've been to in the country and sadly one of the few within hours of this area.. One time when i came to the door right at opening time, the manager lady told me to come back in 30 minutes with an attitude. And more often than not, they'll manage to screw up your order like forgetting the cheese so always double check your order before leaving if you ever eat here. read more

I love Arby's food and this store is no different however, they do not have enough employees. There is one little African American girl who is always working, she is friendly and efficient but does it all and all alone. I went the other night around 7 pm and they had the drive thru close but the dining was open. There were two employees outside putting up signs on the windows for upcoming deals . They were playing around and splashing water on each other . I went in and there were about 3 tables waiting for food and a man standing . The girl came to me with a smile and got my order. As I was waiting I saw a woman sitting back in an office at a desk , the the two employees that were hanging the sign had come in and were leaning on a wall laughing with her and only one guy making the food . I did get my food and the girl at the front kept a pleasant demeanor. But as I was leaving the line was getting long and it was still just her. Last night my son went and left after about 35 minutes waiting in the drive thru. (That was prior to getting his order taken) I was also talking with my husband and he said he had gone a few weeks ago and the same African American girl was working and again had a great demeanor. The food is DELICIOUS at this location but it takes so long to get it. If you lose the only good employee that I've always seen working I'm not sure this Arby's will stay afloat. Please get more employees, it's the only Arby's in Midland.. read more

I have never been a fan of Arbys. With that being said, I was actually not horrified by this experience. The service was very slow. We walked up- the drive through line was out to Midland Dr and the inside was to the door. In their defense there were 3 employees working. With all that - the employees were fairly friendly and courteous. The food was better than expected. They have improved their food immensely. Despite being a huge roast beef fan, I stay away from the processed crap they call RB. I got the turkey, bacon and ranch. The sandwich was very good. The bacon was crispy, bread fresh and turkey tasty. The fries were crisp. My wife got the chicken tenders which were pretty good. Other than the service - this place has improved a lot. read more
