if I could give negative stars I would. I went to pick up a turkey ranch sandwich. The bread was so overly toasted that it was not edible. The overall sandwich was badly put together and basically it was garbage. I called the store asking for a refund, that's not going to happen. I was told this is how the sandwich is always made so in other words you always make it non-edible. Then I was told if I had my receipt which I'd already said I did not. I got card no receipt with it and it wasn't in the bag. Then he can't do anything. He told me they always give the receipt. Does that mean I'm a liar.I asked to speak to the district manager, there's only an email address because apparently they don't have phones. This specific Arby's location continues to impress me greatly. The service is fast and professional, employees are nice and respectful, the manager? In a blue shirt and white stripes was helping elderly with their food and table, the dining area is clean, and the bathrooms are not only very clean, the faucets work well and have paper towels. I live in Burbank and drove the 25 minutes to get some Arby's. They are getting hard to find. Was expecting average food and service. Upon arriving this place has good parking and and the outside was clean. The order guy was nice and courteous. Handed me my cup and by the time I got my drink he was delivering my food to my table. Half way through my meal he walked around the dining room passing out mints and asking everybody if they needed anything. After eating my meal he walked around again and took my tray to the trash for me. Food was also hot and freshly made. So so rare to see this level of service at a fast food place. read more

Service has always been fast and exceptionally friendly, and the food always hot, fresh, and delicious. I can see why this location has good rates from us yelpers. I came the other day for lunch. I was greeted as I entered and received my order within minutes. What I was impressed by as how the employees were communicating and most of all working together as I and that is to serve their customers. Great Job and service and the ability to expedite your orders out in a timely matter. Furthermore this location was also properly staffed during my visit.All employees where in position.Great Job. Tremendous shout out to the management in training your employees in providing us guests and good quality of food from QSR and most of all providing great customer service. Arby's is always delicious. I normally get the Chicken Club sandwich, or the Roast Beef. As good as their sandwiches are, I really come here for their fries. Curly fries with the cup of cheddar cheese is a MUST. It is so delicious. To me, that's what makes Arby's stand out from the In N Out's and Mc Dondald's. The only thing I would suggest this Arby's to do, is to allow people to go inside the restaurant to place the order for their food. I went there around 5pm on a Friday, and they had a sign at the door that said they were only allowing drive thru. All the other fast food places allow you to go inside to place a to go order, so I wasn't sure why they only allowed drive thru. read more

I don't have an Arby's anywhere in the vicinity of Burbank, so when I come across one, I usually stop in. Arby's is the type of place you eat once a year, just to get a fix and take advantage of the current promotion. It's definitely what you would expect from a fast food spot. This location only has the dining room open certain days and hours, and was closed when I was there. I was like 6 deep in the drive-thru, but the line moved quick. The employee at the window was friendly and had her mask on. My order was correct, and I was on my way. I got the chicken ranch and Roast beef cheddar sandwich. They were both just ok, nothing I would look for, but if you're in the area and need a quick bite,Why not?! I would probably appreciate the food more back in my party days when I needed food to absorb the alcohol and was happy with anything cheap.This location looked well maintained and has a decent size parking lot. read more

It is horrible that you advertise a special on the app and then the app won't allow you to order. I asked inside the store and they say they don't have anything to do with the app so they don't have to honor it. It seems if they know there is a problem because they aren't getting g orders that you should honor it. Not the best way to do business and one of the least friendly managers I have ever met. Solid 3 stars. There aren't as many Arby's as there other fast-food places, and last time I ate there many years ago the food was pretty bad, so I didn't go back. Today I decided to give 'em another chance and I was pleasantly surprised. They now have a pretty sizable menu that includes items such as gyros and an Italian sub, which was better than I expected. The place was clean and the staff was courteous, too. I realize these are franchises and quality, etc, can vary widely, but I might try their gyros or the brisket. read more

This is an update, primarily due to their now offering for a limited time a new fish sandwich. Without any reservations, I can definitely say that this is the best fast-food fish sandwich I have ever had! I have actually been back to this restaurant three times in the past three weeks for the express reason of obtaining the fish sandwich. It has the right balance of tomato, lettuce, and tartar sauce and the fish filet inside is always large and well cooked, but not overcooked. The bun is very tasty and adds to the balance of this perfect sandwich. I realize that fish sandwiches are not everyone's favorite especially when in competition with some good meats at Arbys, but they are a personal favorite and I would think many others feel the same way. At any rate, I will be returning to this Arbys specifically since in my 12 years of coming here their food has always been tasty and fresh and their employees and manager are always friendly and helpful. read more

I must say that I am greatly impressed with how this particular Arby's treats their customer. In fact, I have rarely ever seen a fast food restaurant that treats their customers with such respect and honor. You can tell that the management really trains their employees to make sure they go out of their way for the customers. In fact, this Arby's seems like they know a lot of the customers by name! The place is always packed with customers, which goes to show you that they know how to keep customers coming back. Their food is always fresh, hot, and tasty. I'm a repeat customer of Arby's but not a frequent visitor. They don't have very many of them in Los Angeles, but this one is sort of closeish to my house so a couple of times a year we come here for some burgers, fries, and shakes. I'm a fan of the Beef 'n Cheddar which probably isn't real beef or cheese, but the sweet onion bun, beef, cheddar, and Arby's sauce on there really make for decent fast food experience. I don't like fries much but love their curly fries and all of that with a Jamocha shake. Such a great meal! I never feel like trying anything else on their menu even though I always think I will. I once got one of their cookies (chocolate chip with caramel and salt and all sorts of stuff) it was pretty good (and huge!) I feel like they are more expensive than I want them to be for what I get though. This location could stand to be updated, but the service is pretty incredible. They make the food fast even when they have a fairly decent crowd. The restaurant is always clean and they keep the outside maintained nicely. I almost always ring the bell on my way out.
