Whenever the main issue turned out to be on the power company's side, he stayed with me to make sure the power company knew what was wrong when I called...which turned out to be an hour long hold! We filed a troubleshooting ticket and this evening the power company showed up and finally fixed the problem! I will be contacting Tygart Electric in the future for any electrical issues!!!
